“I came to this donut shop to try an alternative to Dunkin. I was impressed. I ordered at the counter and noticed they had a nice selection of donuts. I got a coffee and a donut. The coffee was one of those really good tasting coffees you seem to get every once in a while from the other place. IT was just good coffee and the donut was good too. This location for walk in has a ramp and a bathroom. This is a mobile gas station/store with Honey Dew inside. I will surely be back when i'm over this way.“

“Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Highly recommend this location over any others! As soon as I came to the counter the lady was super friendly and humorous, and the staff was kind enough to give me extra creams and milk on the side of my hot tea as well as an extra bacon wrap at no extra charge. Love them very much and God Bless them!“

“It's New England and Dunkin is a staple, mmmmk?
You're not going for five star cousine and the atmosphere. You're going for the ok coffee, something quick to eat and through the drive thru to get to work. Location staff always friendly, though lately seems like they are stuck working with fewer folks (not sure if people are calling out or what). Food orders have been incorrect a few times, although hey stuff happens especially when busy and early in the morning. My one big gripe? Who decided napkins are a luxury item to beg for? If someone order a drink or food, you give at least one napkin, per person. Dunno about the rest of you, but a croissant gets everywhere....“

“I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “Me gusta mucho comprar un sandwich aquí pero para poder ordenarlo por teléfono es una odisea. Te contestan la llamada y sin decir una palabra te dejan esperando hasta 15 minutos. Vuelves y llamas y es lo mismo. Sino pueden atender el teléfono, entonces no tengan ese servicio. Eso molesta mucho al cliente, varias veces cuelgo la llamada después de 15 minutos y voy a otro lado donde si me atiendan. Es lo único q deben mejorar.“
