“Incredible baked haddock preparation for me and lobster BLT for my hubby. Attentive quick service over the lunch hour and pleasant employees to boot. Location is off the tourist district and sits on the back bay so it’s still a picturesque setting. The ambiance is relaxed and very casual so don’t expect that you need to get fancy here…. We tried to return for dinner, but the wait was extended…unfortunately that seems to be a challenge for Wolfeborough restaurants in general. This restaurant is well run and a delight. We will definitely return!“

“First time visiting. Food was very good. Attentive and accommodating waitstaff.It averaged $50 per person with tax and tip, which included an app, mixed drinks, entrees and dessert. You can do it for less depending on your preferences. We sat outside. It had a steady line of customers. I thought it was worth the trip.“

“Been to Sea Bird many years ago, when it was also an eat in restaurant. But this evening ordered take out: pu pu platter for two, house fried rice, and chicken foo young. By far, the best take out I've had in a long time. Highly recommend Sea Bird.“

“We had found this place while visiting the area and checked out the reviews. We had a busy day and planned for dinner around 7. We had about a 20 minute wait but were able to get a cocktail in the bar area. There was live music that night which was very good. The place was busy. Our server was very friendly. My husband was hoping for the prime rib special but we were too late as they ran out. He did have a nice rib eye dinner that he really enjoyed. I ate a little lighter enjoying a Caesar salad which was pretty basic but enjoyed very much as it was not saturated in dressing, just the right amount. I also had the seafood chowder which I was really in the mood for. It was excellent, great flavors and tasted fresh. The whole dining experience was very good .“

“I tried this place late last year and wasn't really impressed. The food itself was pretty bland and missing flavor. And for the price I was paying it should've been more enjoyable. I recently went back with my family since everywhere around the lake was busy and we had a great time. I got the lobster mac and cheese and it was huge but delicious. Even if the lobster wasn't fresh and was frozen it still tasted great. My dad got the whole belly clam platter, he said it was pretty good. Not the best but much better than before. We mostly all got items that were market price so of course it was pricey. If you go I recommend the lobster rolls,, steamers and lobster Mac and cheese. It looks like they are improving which is great.“
