“Great 2 hostess always welcome you with a smile. We initially did the happy hour on Sept 26, 2025. Loved the friend osyter & mochi ice cream. Dined here the next day after that with my husband (Sept 27, 2025). Both same hostess who assisted us to get a seat at our 5:30 pm dinner (walk-in) WERE SO AMAZING THEY DESERVE A RAISE and I wanna mention our server was also so fantastic! We got an ocean view! Loved their corn&truffle special I forgot what it is called but it was like no other! Our dessert was the cherry on top. Overall a great experience!!! Would definitely come back!“

“I’ve been dying to try this place since seeing it featured on Triple D and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and the food was off the charts. Definitely try the snapper turtle soup. I also had the chipotle shrimp salad sandwich which is a home run.“

“This wasn’t just a dinner, this was an experience. Epic time. Hibachi chef was fun and entertaining. Food was absolutely incredible. The hibachi chicken and steak was packed with so much flavor and the sushi was fresh, packed with flavor and rolled to perfection, I cannot wait to go back!“

“Ask for private table away from casino. Away from sound and smoke. Smoke wasn't a big factor but you notice the smell. Food my husband had Singpore Noodles loved. Egg rolls loved. I had Vietnamese Pho selected rare beef wasn't. It cooks while in broth flavor still good.“

“I went on a weekend trip to the shore and needed to go to Walmart to grab a few things. I decided to get some sushi from the nearest location and was met with one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sushi restaurant.
The service itself was quick, taking only 5~ minutes to complete my entire order. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and it only cost us $20 for two rolls, an appetizer, salad and soup. The meal ended up being so good that I drove 25 minutes that same day to taste it again. All the employees had a big smile on their faces when we walked back in, and I left with a 10% coupon if we decided to go again.
Fantastic sushi, rapid service, hard to beat prices, and a bunch of welcoming smiles. Next time I visit Jersey, this will be my first stop.“

“Idk how I’ve never been here until today. We had the lunch special, spicy crab rolls, a spicy salmon & a philly. All delicious & good portion. Gyoza was really good too, although we prefer steamed & these were fried. We didn’t ask or check for options so nbd. The staff was friendly & service was great too. All around great little spot :)
Edit; I am convinced this is Bay Ave sushi. If it’s not, it’s a great comparison. Miss them & love it here!“

“Visiting Brigantine for family vacation, celebrating a birthday so we ordered ahead to pickup takeout for 20 people. The whole order was 100% correct (including allergy needs) and delicious, ready on time, everyone loved it. Very nice staff, reasonably priced, will order again!“

“We were Greeted as soon as we walked in the door and we’re able to sit at the sushi bar right away.staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions about the menu or the sake’s or beers they serve. I was finally able to find a sushi restaurant that served Uni, definitely a must try! The wife and I have eaten here numerous times and we will always go back. Besides the sushi, they also do hibachi which is a great experience. These pictures of the sushi platter should speak for themselves.“
“Not much seating inside and all other food is decent, but Fuji has the best sushi around hands down. I’ve been to dozens of sushi restaurants and the fish here is always fresh/ rice is consistently good. We usually order miso soup, salmon, yellowtail, and white tuna sushi. The million roll is tasty and I always love a nice futo maki roll.

“Yama II sushi is the best! Probably my 5th time here in a month...best quality sushi...happy hour prices...great service (we love Joyce!) Angel Hair roll (the brianne way) the best...out of control roll, Hello Kitty roll, mango lovers roll...I could go on and on!! A def must try!! Kids love the rice bowls!! No need to dress up... BYOB or shots!!“

“The food was amazing, and the service was fabulous. The restaurant was a little noisy with all the hibachi tables being used.
Parking: Parking was hard to find on the surrounding streets, so make sure you factor in time to find a spot.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. The alcoholic beverages are pre-mixed, weak and not so tasty. The service was mid. The waiter didn't make me feel welcomed, I shrugged it off. Ordered Sushi and didn't get chopsticks, I had to flag down another waiter and ask for them. I didn't see the waiter again until I asked for the check.“

“Had a great time. Food was amazing. We sat at a habatchi table so the food was cooked in front of us. But there was also tables were you can sit on your knees on pillows. The only thing i didnt know was they charge you for a refill on your drink everytime you get one. They dont tell you. Luckly i only got 1 refil.“
