It's not just a meal; it's a performance that tantalizes the senses before you even take your first bite. The full bar, boasting an impressive selection of Japanese and domestic beers and spirits, caters to all tastes, ensuring that your meal is perfectly complemented by your drink of choice. For those looking for a more interactive dining experience, Miyako's large hibachi stations are the place to be. Here, large parties can enjoy the thrill of active participation, engaging with the chefs as they cook with flair and finesse right before your eyes. What truly sets Miyako apart is its unwavering commitment to using high-quality ingredients across all its offerings. From the innovative Snowball appetizer--a delectable combination of spicy tuna or salmon encased in avocado, rolled into a ball, and covered with roe--to the classic Miso Soup, every dish is a testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality. The Miso Soup, with its savory blend of bean paste, seaweed, bean curd, and scallions, is a comforting start to any meal. The Green Salad and Seaweed Salad offer fresh, flavorful options for those looking for something lighter, each dressed in its unique, delightful dressing. The Hibachi Chicken dinner is a standout, offering not just a meal but a comprehensive culinary journey that includes Miso Soup, Salad, Hibachi Shrimp, Vegetables, and Fried Rice. “This place is my number one favorite restaurant in town, people are very friendly and service is very good and foods are delicious and fresh, shrip tempura roll and California roll and bubble tea are my Son's favorite, I like everything over there,we go there every week,if i don't feel like go out to eat sometimes, i just call take out order, after I hang up the phone order then drive to there,my foods are ready to pick up,it's fast and convenient, I love it!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly!“
“Best sushi in the South Jersey shore, perhaps the whole state. They put so much fish in their rolls so you really feel like you're getting your money's worth. Service is always quick and polite and the restaurant is very clean.Only complaint is that the parking can be hectic to pull in/out of due to the location (the location is otherwise great) and that I wish they had more specialty rolls (particularly ones that have spicy crab).I always recommend this first when people ask me for sushi recommendations“
“The sushi was delicious and it was impeccably fresh! We had a few rolls the spicy california was tremendous. The spicy tuna crunch roll was tasty and flavorful. The Alaska roll was great, and the crab roll was as the young kids say “fiyah “??. 10 thumbs ? ?. The shrimp habachi was like hurachis. Meaning it was golden. They even gave us starter sticks ?to learn and the hosts were very hospitable. Also BYOB. ?“
“The most amazing Sushi in the area. I order every Friday since my bank is around the corner. Before that I lived nearby and I’ve been eating there for 10 years. Amazing. I wish there was an identical restaurant nearby my new neighborhood.. everybody else’s rolls seem skimpy.“
“Have only ordered take out from here but pretty much never disappointed! The poke bowls are delicious and packed full with fish, which is totally customizable. I’ve ordered here about 3 times and only the one time my eel had some bones in it which was kinda yucky but have still ordered from there since! Deff check it out, way better then spending loads of money on sushi when you can get more fish then regular sushi for less money!“
“Read on line about your happy hour and was disappointed that we were not allowed to order from that menu.....only at the bar Does not mention only at bar on your website. Prices compared to other Japanese restaurants are rather much higher. Would love to visit again, but due to higher prices, unable to do so.“
“For a few years now since moving to the area been searching (trying diff ones) for a new fav sushi place. And have been perplexed being so close to the ocean now, wondering why none have measured up to what fav l had NE of Phila. But thankfully l've finally found it! Thanks Ichiban! Even went all out & tried snapper for the first time...deliciously fresh :)“
“My wife and I ate here for the first time, ate at PFChangs the previous night. Yuki Hana in Brigantine never had many cars out front, so I was leary. Yelp reviews were positive, so we went in. This restaurant does an incredibly huge take out service. We sat down in their dining room. Nice booths and clean restaurant with background music playing. Three booths where people were eating at 6:00 p.m. We ordered: vegetable lo mein, Hawaiin Roll, Casino roll, sweet potato roll, fried vegetable dumplings, vegetable fried rice small, vegetable lomein small, sweet potato roll, Teriyaki "Japanese tofu", salad, soup and hot tea and waters. Totally killer dinner for $72. Oh yeah, we got a roll to- go as well for the late night munchies. Our server was pleasant, asked if we were doing OK, and refilled our waters. The two chefs we watched make our sushi rolls. The sushi rolls were awesome. This menu is quite extensive. They specialize in both Japanese and Chinese selections. Their website is straightforward. Too many take out orders to count were picked up in our one hour visit. It was worth driving into Brig for this selection, this quality and freshness. PFChangs can not compete with their menu and certainly can't touch their prices. A definite 5-star review, we loved it and will be bringing a much larger family in the weeks to come. There is plenty of well lit parking. Byob“
“Love love love- started going to mega in CH on 70 about 15-17 years ago and Steve was great. Moved away to Cali and now Florida n make sure to get it every time im in NJ. Just had delivery in Ventor and it was better than I get at sit down places here in FL! Pls open in Sarasota FL asap :)“
“Best Chinese take out in AC. Food is delicious and the staff is friendly. It's small and better for take out for that reason. A typical corner type Chinese take out but very good. They have a small buffet that you can get a variety of items and it's pay by the pound ( for buffet items. ) If I'm in the mood for Chinese, I'll get it here.“
“Nice place, pretty pricy for what you get but they had Chilean sea bass so that’s what we went for. It was Valentine’s Day so they gave us chocolates which was a nice gesture. The waitress was nice but I’m sure had a long day so we didn’t interact too much. No wait on Valentine’s Day and we were able to make “
