“Eddie V’s Paramus is a gem! The Ahi Tuna Tartare was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the Filet Medallions Oscar Style with crab fried rice were absolute perfection. Service was phenomenal — Amy was amazing, and every staff member made us feel like VIPs. I skipped dessert, but they insisted I try one on the house — a classy touch that sealed the night. Elegant atmosphere, incredible food, and hospitality that goes above and beyond!“

“This place is authentic Brazilian rodizio with great meat selection insane salad bar with seafood and salad and Fejoada .we loved it excellent staff and the owners are hands on we dined on Friday and it was very busy but drinks came right away tasty caipirinia .We loved espresso martinis and my friend ordered chocolate martini yummm .Highly recommending .we took our time and we werent chased away from table .Very accommodating staff .Thank You and good luck“

“Went here for my husband’s birthday, and man, did they make it special! The waiter Marcos was so kind and attentive. Food was incredible, restaurant was clean and quiet, and the service was as boujee as you’d expect lol. A little overpriced of course, but you’re paying for quality and the boujee experience. Would highly recommend for a very fancy quiet night out.“

“If you are looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine in Rockland or Bergen county, this is the place to visit. Delicious appetizers and entrees at not-too-exorbitant prices. They have a decent selection of Portuguese wines and nice desserts too.“

“This was our first time here and we loved everything about it! We celebrated my husbands birthday so it was a special evening. The appetizers (oysters & cheesy crab dip) were delicious. It was plenty for 4 people to split. The steaks were cooked perfectly and served with this amazing garlic butter. The sides were so big we didn’t even finish (3) between all four of us. The server was attentive and super nice. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! I highly recommend for any occasion. it’s worth every penny!“

“The bread at the start was great! The ribeye was perfectly cooked! The porterhouse was good as well just a tad bit too salty but it was fine for me. We got lemonades and they came with free refills so that was the best! Overall our experience was amazing! Def will be coming back soon!“

“I went with my daughter on Sept. 9th to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was awesome, the food was great, the staff was friendly and the guests that sat with us were so sweet and friendly. We had lots of laughs during dinner. Thank you again to my princess for making my birthday so special.“

“We recently had our wedding and reception at Segovia and are beyond pleased with the results. The staff accommodated our every need; Angela and Matt, who helped us with the booking and menu, were pleasant and professional always. All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and the upstairs private room was perfect for our party of 30 people. Particularly deserving of praise is Steve, who went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and that our special day went as smoothly as possible.“
