First time,very bad service 1hour before we got served asked for water never got it. the Food was prepared with to much soy sauce. at the end of the servicethey tried to change me extra For fried rice I didn't order .The worse Japanese restaurant I ever went to.
Everything was great except service. Walked in got sat immediately. Nobody came to at least ask our drink order or give us water. It was another 20 minutes before we saw someone. The family sitting at my table went and served their OWN glasses of water and Kiku staff NEVER even noticed this. Restaurant was empty as it was still early before dinner rush. We went for dinner last night and it was a terrible experience! Our chef was very good and entertaining but the service was very slow. My husband looked above his head at the chandelier and it was filthy you could see the grease all over it. The carpet through out the restaurant was so gross my shoes were sticking to it. We have been going here occasionally for years but we will never step foot in there again.
