“My friend and I stopped in for dinner recently. It's a cozy ambiance with chill tunes. I feel like Chef Parsley invited us into her personal home and prepared a home-cooked meal for us. My time dining at Chopped Parsley made me forget that I was in Hamilton Heights, and more like I was in a small mountain-town eatery. I believe the absence of delivery motorists contributed to the peacefulness I experienced at Chopped Parsley. Highly recommended and I will be back!“

“Hand rolls here are pretty good! Portions are small but I definitely recommend giving it a try here! My favorite handrolls were the spicy tuna and the avocado salmon. The seared prime beef and the A5 Wagyu were also to die for! Every bite melts in your mouth! The spicy tuna crispy rice was ok. The rice was not crispy enough. There was 4 pieces for $12. The salmon carpaccio was really good! Love the citrus sauce that came with this dish. There was 5 slices of salmon for $16. So it was a bit overpriced. Veggie udon was really good and flavorful! Really hit the spot on a cold rainy day! Parking is a bit difficult but that's the norm in Fort Lee. Overall, fish was pretty fresh but overpriced for the portions.“
“Could not have been a better experience. Victor (I believe his name is) greeeted is and wished us a Happy Holiday. We ordered the Braised Pork Belly Donburi and the Ebi Tama Donburi and absolutely loved both of them. The pork belly was tender and succulent, a wonderful combo with the rice and greens. The Ebi Taka was shrimp tempura along with egg and rice. Both of the portions were large! I had the chocolate boba. a perfect balance to the saltier entree. We'll be back!“
“I am very impressed with this restaurant. It’s not big, but it’s very comfortable. The lighting is just right, the music is not loud but more than anything. The sushi is delicious. The rice is perfectly cooked and the rolls are very good. Seaweed salad was great. No fishy smell or liquidy after taste. I also love the presentation. We also got the fried oysters and it was also delicious. Tebasaki Nagoya Miso was flavorful and the chicken was perfectly crisp. The short ribs was so damn tender and was seasoned with a light but perfect hand. We ended with the matcha cheesecake was a light and perfect end to the meal. I would’ve liked the matcha flavor to be a tad bit more noticeable but it was still wonderful.We didn’t byob and only ordered tea for drinks.Mostly I just want to highlight that all that food cost $130 which is fairly decent for two people two apps, a small plate, and two mains.“

“Had omakase for my birthday with my wife recently and I was can 1000% say it was the best meal I have ever eaten in my 44 years. I spent 25 years in high end seafood, (wholesale, retail, private chef, and catering) and was blown away by the quality of the fish! The chef was masterful as he balanced every single course (in had the 16) to perfection. He was incredibly skilled and a wonderful artist. The selection of fish from Japan was amazing. He explained every course as he served us. This place is a gem. I have eaten at just about every single sushi restaurant around and on see no reason to go anywhere else anymore. The place is clean and beautiful, the owner and staff were friendly and very interactive. The preparation and care that went into everyone was second to none. Also ordered a roll that had bulgogi beef on-top, wow so savory and delicious. I think it was called the Hinode something...I know that's not very helpful--and it seemed like they were trying it out on the menu because they asked how we liked it. We loved it. There are 2 very attentive and friendly waitresses and they are always working. Super great people. Also the sushi chef, the same sushi chef when i go there always greets us when we come in. “Best hidden gem at Pelham. My family and I come here at least twice every week. Every time we come here, we are always greeted by smiles of the waitress and feel so welcomed. They talk to us like we are friends and always have a good time here. When we order rolls or sushi, the fish is always so fresh. Every single single time. Does not disappoint. The people working there, especially the woman who has run the counter and I think has managed the place for all the years it’s been open, are fabulous. Lots of rolls, all of them tight and clean (I like the California roll because I’m basic and I seriously love imitation crab, no joke). But mostly I like “kitchen food,” like the gyoza, the rock shrimp tempura (just those two with white rice is enough for me). The black bean salmon is really good too. Consider it something like take-out plus, Chinese food with a twist.And it is not just "Chinese" food, under the category of "Asian fusion" their menus are a little bit from the many color cultures of the East. We ordered the sushi boat for 4 and it was almost shockingly good. I can be a bit of a sushi snob and this place got everything right. The pieces were presented beautifully, cut to the right size/thickness - and the rolls were delicious. The only piece I didn't eat was the octopus - I don't know something about the texture just threw me. I think that's an octopus problem not a Yuki problem. We also got some appetizers like shumai and rock shrimp that were both fine. Not great. Wouldn't order again - but doesn't impact the overall experience. Price was right. Experience was on point.“
