“Incredible service! If I’m not mistaken this is the dunkin that was in the exon up the road. Even back then it was the fastest, most efficient dunkin I’ve ever been too. With the new location and drive through it makes last minute morning coffee decisions easy. I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Such a convenient location!! And my order is always spot on. Staff is always super friendly too. Keep up the good work guys :)“

“I have been coming here for over a year and my kids love the snacks and the hash browns! It is always very clean . The drinks were made great. Inside and in the drive through I constantly have great service at least 3 times a month when i take the kids . Also i typically go in the evening the young man Gabe is always very friendly and attentive.“

“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. Along, with another worker named Tanvir he is very funny and honestly the best worker at this Dunkin’. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️“

“This Dunkin is by far the best. I've been to other Dunkin and my coffee and food isn't the same. I go here on a regular basis and the employees are very nice,talkative,respectful and very quick.I suggest people should go to this dunkin. Also some people need to somewhat understand that there might be new people and they are slowly learning. So please be patient. Cause they want to make your beverage/food to perfection. Melissa and Bridget are by far the best employees and they should get a raise. Like wow the service is great.“

“omg i’m fascinated!! so i always go to dunkin but this one has me impressed. our order was done in like 2 minutes and we had 2 large complicated lattes. also my matcha latte tasted better than i ever had it and i have matcha like everyday. great place, love it !“

“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“
