“I do have to say all of the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to this is the number one I love going to! The ladies are amazing they’re sweet they’re sufficient they are just all-around amazing! They do a great job they get my order correct every time and I love how every time I pull up they make sure that they say good morning and have a nice day! By far this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that I want to ever go to on my way to work I don’t know the ladies names but I’m sure they know who they are and they need to be recognized! “All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. Along, with another worker named Tanvir he is very funny and honestly the best worker at this Dunkin’. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️“

“Just went through the drive thru and realized after ordering I didn’t have my wallet, I drove up to the window and told the two men working that I unfortunately needed to cancel my order. Instead of cancelling it they gave us everything and extra donuts for my kids! Amazing customer service and went above and beyond to be kind. I’ll definitely be going back to lay my “tab” and giving extra tips all around! So thankful for them.“

“On line ordering made this easy. When I arrived several minutes after ordering. It was ready. The store was clean and uncluttered. There was another customer being helped and the staff appeared to friendly. The condiment and napkin area could use a wipe down. I'd go there again.“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“Was jonesing for a DD cold brew as I had been without for 3 days. Found this place on my way home from camping in the Poconos. Very clean, professional and after making my drink incorrectly the 1st time (they put cold foam on and hadn't ordered it) they quickly rectified it.“

“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“

“This is my go to dunking place. I've been going here for 2 years and I have not be dissappointed once. The managers are always there making orders with the employees so everything is always made correctly. It also a very clean and organize location and the atmosphere is enjoyable!“

“omg i’m fascinated!! so i always go to dunkin but this one has me impressed. our order was done in like 2 minutes and we had 2 large complicated lattes. also my matcha latte tasted better than i ever had it and i have matcha like everyday. great place, love it !“

“The service is standard, but the food is of good quality and the place is clean. Plus, it's incredibly convenient, located just seconds away from the hotel where I'm staying, which is great for a quick and hassle-free meal.

“The drinks are almost always great, the only complaint I have is that so often the lids aren’t on right and it’ll cause drinks to spill everywhere. Sometimes the lids seem stretched out and even if you try to fix it, it won’t sit right on the cup. This isn’t really Dunkin’s fault though, just whoever makes their cups/lids.“

“I got a real latte from here made correctly with a proper amount of foam. That never happens at a Dunkin’ Donuts . Extremely happy. I got the “turtle flavored” and it was delicious. Usually Dunkin is way too sweet. I’m very very happy!!“

“Hadn't visited this Dunkin Donuts since I was in my 30's, I'm 63 now. Staff was great, I had three people working to get my rather large order of Donuts and coffee caddies ready, and since I made a last minute decision to go there I obviously didn't call ahead. They were quick, efficient and friendly. While I was writing this post I just remembered I neglected to tip them, which I will remedy in the morning.“
