Don’t go to @Dunkin Donuts on jumping brook road in Neptune they never paid me my check for the week I worked for them the managers there are unprofessional they left me in the store alone on my second day !!!!! The manager doesn’t noe how to control her anger at all and at that the customers aren’t treated right !!!!!!
Being pleasant while working in customer service should be a requirement when hired. All the employees at this location never smile, interactions are never pleasant, I feel like I should be thankful you showed up to work today and are working on my order. No sense of urgency, this is fast food by the way!! .... shouldn’t have to wait 8 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich. Terrible experience every time at this store and it’s in a great location which makes it almost impossible...read full review
