“I walked in wearing a hoodie with a golf hat and sunglasses expecting the staff and workers to find me suspicious and treat me differently from other customers. Turns out that I was wrong and got the same amount of kindness and respect as the other customers who weren't disguised as someone who looks suspicious. 5 Stars.“

“I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received at Dunkin’. My great-aunt, great-uncle, and I stopped by the drive-thru shortly before closing, not realizing the store was about to close. My relatives were hoping for fresh decaf coffee, and when we asked, the gentleman working simply replied, “No problem—we’ll brew you a fresh pot.”

Despite being at the end of a long day and close to closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

“Went to the drive through, and received someone else’s coffee order. By the time i realized it i had already left. When i came back to request my order (i offered to pay for a new coffee) the girl inside immediately recognized that she gave me the wrong order and right away not only apologized but remade my drink perfectly with no additional charge. I always such a better experience here than berlin. Love this place ❤️“
