“This Dunkin Donuts location lacks seating which says something right away…but to my surprise,there’s a wonderful worker here known as Pop/Pops, he’s a young man full of ambition! He suggested various ways to flavor my coffee, and I appreciated his creativity. He was very warm and welcoming and location whose set up tells you “get what you need and then get out of here”! I hope that this young man is valued for his great work attitude. If a managerial position is what he wants, he should be properly trained and given it. Grade: A++++“
“This is the best DD in Atlantic City. I come further from my home to come here. The cashier Tuli was very attentive as always. Today she helped choose a new drink. I didn't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte and she had the answer right away. Today I watched her fix a guest's mistake. The guest said he wanted ice coffee with almond milk but he was on the phone and didn't realize he didn't say light almond. So when he got off the phone to correct the order he said he said a "splash of almond milk". He did not say that but Tuli still without question made him a new one. The ladies always do their jobs well. Many people come to just sit here and drink coffee and read. Nice atmosphere.“
“I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews — let me set the record straight. This is a smaller Dunkin’ location with a limited staff, but they’re working hard and cranking out orders as fast as they can. Could they use an extra one or two people? Sure. But let’s be real: the food is exactly what you expect from Dunkin’ — absolutely amazing.
The coffee was fresh, the corn muffins were fresh, and everyone behind the counter was polite. No attitude whatsoever. Yes, you might have to wait a little, but it’s 100% worth it. Besides, where else are you going to go for that perfect Dunkin’ fix?
Give them some grace — they’re doing a great job.“
“Good evening Family. My first visiting this location of Dunkin. I am thinking that Dunkin exists in all of the casinos in Atlantic City. I have not visited the casino in a great while, so I am just finding out this detail. I love Dunkin coffee and I told Reggie that I wanted a hot decaf coffee before I left. I ordered a medium black decaf coffee, with butter pecan. Then Reggie paid by cash and then we sat and ate our order. He also ordered a glazed donut. I visited the rest room and then I came back and waited to walk back to the bus. It was time to go back home and I was so glad. I was ready to go home. I had a nice time but I do not see myself returning anytime soon. I am not a gambler and there is really not anything else to do here besides gambling and walking on the Boardwalk. I had a good experience here today at the Dunkin and I remembered to ask for the senior discounts. Afroza, the Dunkin associate, was nice and friendly. Have a good night and workout.“
