We dropped by for an unscheduled dinner at the beach. The service was surprisingly good, and the food was very solid. The challenge here is the venue. This place is clearly focused on the young, drink all night crowd. The noise level is high, the drinks are watered down and the server's main concern seems to be underage drinkers. Not terrible, but go elsewhere if you are over 30.
My daughter was married in September at our home in Avalon NJ. We hosted 120 guests for cocktails and dinner. It was magical and a night my daughter will never forget. After this reception we hosted a second reception at the Whitebrier in Avalon. In addition to the 120 guests at our home we added another 150 to celebrate her wedding at the Whitebrier. Our second visit to the Whitebrier. Get better every time. There is a vibrant outdoor patio that brings a lot of energy and music. We sat in the restaurant off to the side (motorboat club) and enjoyed the patio vibe from a distance. We loved the food. Namely the sushi. Got the coconut shrimp, blackened scallops for spa. And crab cakes, aki and romantic rolls for the main. Everything was delicious
