“For my wife she thinks this is the best tuna ever. She has traveled much of the world and this country and she still holds tastee’s tuna at number 1. I am a turkey guy or the buffalo chicken. Always outstanding perfect balance of toppings and condiments (sometimes could lay off the mayo haha).

I made an Uber Eats order and called to make an adjustment to my sandwiches. The young man on the phone was professional and did not hesitate to make sure that my accommodations would be granted. I wish I caught his name but the call took place at approximately 3:36PM on 1OCT25. He was exactly what I expect when calling an eatery. Prompt, direct, and accommodating. No questions asked, no back and forth. As someone who works in the industry it was greatly appreciated.“

“If you want a great, "old school" alternative to Tastees, this is the spot! I don't think they've changed the menu board since the 80s, maybe earlier. Handmade with care and attention to detail, the sandwiches are delicious and fresh. There are very few healthy beverage options, but Bai water is one and a good selection of flavors available. Friendly service and vintage interior decor make this sandwich shop a great stop along Woodbridge Avenue. Pictured is the tuna with pickles on the side.“

I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. All in all Comet Pizza is my favorite thing since Russell Crowe screamed 'Are you not entertained?!' in the hit motion picture Gladiator back in 2000. I’d fight a tiger in the arena for their pepperoni pie.
