“I have visited Charley’s Bayonne twice and both times I had a positive experience.

The first time I was there I dined-in. They have a huge dine in area with lots of tables. The order was ready within 10 minutes and my wife and I enjoyed our Philly cheesesteaks.

I downloaded their app and created an account which gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase so I ordered through the app and picked up. This time I ordered a Bacon Cheesesteak which was also tasty. As soon as I arrived (approximately 10 minutes after I had placed the order) the order was ready and properly packed with each cheesesteak in a separate box (much better than Subway’s packaging). I also ordered a side of cheese sauce but I do not recommend it. It was cold and tasteless, much different than Wendy’s cheese sauce.

Both times I visited were on a weekend early afternoon and both times the place was dead. I’m not sure if it gets busier later or during weekdays but I hope this business survives because I definitely recommend it.

You can expect to pay between 8 and 13 for your cheesesteak depending on the size. They also offer wings and other types of sandwiches.“

They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is stunning!! Some italian classics and some twists, amazing wines and for their prices it's 100% worth it. “OMG there is no better sandwich shop anywhere. We came here in the 60’s when the docks had bulk cargo. Between the truckers and the longshoremen it was packed between 11:30 and 1:00.
Never Ever had a bad sandwich or experience. The people that worked there were the very best.“

The bread is a wonderful French baguette that comes from another great spot in Williamsburg but you’ll have to ask them for their source I won’t spill it here. You can choose between 3 meats you want on your sandwich we picked chicken and spill the sandwich cause we also order nachos which were also great. “I believe I've found the locals' sandwich shop, where the pastrami is prime, and the soups are served piping hot. In my search for an alternative to Katz's, I stumbled upon this shop hidden in the shadow of the Flatiron Building. This place is so good that I went twice in one week. I'm a big fan of split pea soup, which was excellent, served in a bowl filled to the brim. The pastrami sandwich and the Flatiron Delight are both outstanding! Served with a pickle on the side. There is a bottle of mustard waiting on the side that is optional of course. I do believe this is the alternative to Katz, perhaps even better, avoid the tourist trap of Katz's and park yourself at the counter at Eisenberg's.“

“I always come in the afternoon and evening but the employees are a bit rude and not attentive to details, i was out late with my husband and we were shocked to see it open by 12.30am, we were told later its 24hours.
The manager on duty moe was great, pure example of great customer service and great with people, amazing multi tasker, he was doing our orders and food delivery orders at the same time.
Store was clean and music was beautful, atmosphere was great. I actually sent my husband twice last week late in the night to make sure we are served by moe.

“Walked to Shelskys on a cold windy Brooklyn Friday afternoon, but when I say it was worth it....it was worth it. After about 5 min of browsing, we decided on the Tuna Salad, which is served with sliced jalapeños and a spicy shrimp paste. It's got some heat, but nothing a Mexican from Chicago cant handle! Everything you see is fresh, and you can taste it. Prices aren't cheap but sometimes you gotta treat yo self!!! 10/10!“

The food is mouth-watering, with appropriate portions where you are well fed without being overstuffed. The ingredients are both fresh and local, and every bite is extremely satisfying. However, they were very patient with us and told us what the special sandwiches of the day were. We got that day's special which was roastbeef. It was quite delicious. The team went above and beyond, very communicative, thoughtfully asked how and what guests enjoy, worked with us to craft the perfect set of sandwiches… then came the actual day.
