“Ahh the old folks are back!! I just went back after a while and saw that our Big Blues is now back under the old ownership. The food is just like it used to be at the old location. I got the chicken cutlet and my friend got the hot pastrami with cheese. Both were absolutely divine!! I will be a regular customer once again. Thank you Mr. Blues for bringing our shop back! “Quite the oddity...and I'm here for it! Cruising Google maps for lunch the other day and came across this place. Don't be fooled by the pictures: yes, indeed there are guys grilling sandwiches in a shed parked in a landscapers driveway. But the food lives up to the high rating, and I'm glad I stopped by. I got the KC BBQ and it was lovely, produced quickly, with plenty of meat. There are tables in the corner of the lot and plenty of parking. Only thing I would add would be more umbrellas so you don't get stuck sitting in the sun. Thanks.“

“In all honesty this is the best jersey mikes to visit. I have been to multiple and none compare to the customer service and quality that this one provides. The staff is the most wonderful group of people you will meet. As I watched the staff and how they acted and responded to each customer they did an excellent job of being friendly and giving the customer the best experience they could.

Dietary restrictions: My experience is always wonderful in this location once I order the vegetarian sub they change their gloves and use cheese that is not touching meat or the slicer.

Parking: Plenty of parking to easily get in and out of the location.

Kid-friendliness: They have mini subs for your little ones that they can enjoy.“

They're also arranged on the sandwich so you get a bite of egg yolk in most bites, which is the optimal bite of a breakfast sandwich, imo.It's a cute little restaurant, too. I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. I tried the Buffalo Chicken sub, and it was so tasty! The bread was fresh and crispy, and the meats and veggies were really good. Everything was balanced perfectly, and they didn’t hold back on the ingredients.

The team that was working on Sunday November 3, 2024 mid day was excellent. There was so much love in my sandwich. It smiled at me when I opened it. Staff is friendly and you want to tip them. A good place for meal if you are in 5 mimes radius including Newark airport. You will definitely find a better and cheaper pizza if you are stranded in the airport and want to get out
