Waiting nearly 35 minutes with a screaming child for 2 breakfast sandwiches.Another customer asked why it’s taken so long and the manager said they focus on the indoor dining first. DEFINITELY get breakfast before you go or on the way, and spare your patience.
For breakfast I ordered a pork roll egg and cheese and I was told it was $16 dollars. I said take away the cheese. So it was $15 dollars. Then I received 30 minutes later an egg white pork roll Avacado and tomato sandwich. The wait was terrible and was my friend and I only. She ordered two sandwich’s and paid $32 and they were wrong and waited 30 minutes . Terrible
We’ve been coming to Avon by the sea for over 25 years. Always loved eating summer favorites at the promenade food counter. A few years ago, the food stand changed hands. Every year since, it’s worse and worse. 1st time here today for 2026. $20 for a food stand burger?! Fries were $8, cold & 1/2 full. I know inflation is hitting everyone but this is unbelievable. Will do DoorDash next time. Too bad as this was a favorite spot for our family.
