The highlight of this trip was the staff; good job Brick White Castle! Food was okay, it was what was expected from a fast food chain. Perfect for a quick meal; service was speedy, food was hot, and frankly that's all I need!“

“Two reasons to go to The Auction (Jersey Shore native clamdiggers still call it that) are for pickles and pretzels. Been going there since I was little, back long before the fire and when "Shimmy the Pickle King" was still there. Bought quart each of news and garlic dills yesterday, along with horseradish. “My only issue was the ordering. First, when I sign into the app it keeps on sending me a link to click to get back into the app, which is annoying. Second, I clicked through online based on a coupon and started ordering, but when I signed in the promo disappeared and I had to keep logging out and in to get it. The app needs to be improved.“

“ABOVE AND BEYOND...Today I made an error ordering on the kiosk and got an extra item I didn't want. I brought it to staff attention and a manager was summoned. I explained my mistake, half-expecting the manager to tell me that nothing could be done. To my delight, zhe remedied my problem with no second thought.

I've always been impressed with the customer service here. Compared to other local McDonald's, Shrewsbury Ave is the shining light on the mountain.

Kids play nicely in the playroom. The place is pretty clean. Orders are accurate.

This is best McDonald's around. Kuddos to everyone who works there.

“If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIFIC. The burrito my husband got tasted like literal chemicals. I tasted 1 black bean and it tasted like it was melted in burnt plastic. It literally could taste it for an hour in my mouth. He was dry heaving in the parking lot after 3 bites. He also was never greeted after 5 minutes of him standing there. I asked for a refund, not to make another toxic chemical burrito and they said they couldn’t do that. The best they can do is make him something else. I don’t want something else from your trash of an establishment. Totally unacceptable. Take my advice and go to another location.“

“Stopped in for lunch and they had a good selection of choices to pick from. I got the griot with sweet plantain and rice and peas. My husband likes all his food moist with sauce so we got some gravy from the chicken in sauce and it was so good. Good amount of heat in the sauce and the meat was fresh and not tough. The rice was fluffy and light and the plantains were a perfect match to the meat.We also got 2 chicken patties and 2 beef patties and they were ok. The meat to pastry ratio is off so you end up eating more pastry than meat which is disappointing. The meat had great flavor but they should make it smaller so the meat stands out more. The dough was buttery and flaky and had a good bite.Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service was a bit dry but polite.I would definitely go back to try more things and would recommend this spot for authentic Haitian food.“

“This is a locally owned, seasonally open, dairy queen. This site only offers ice cream, unlike larger restaurants. Greg, the owner, employs local kids and is a very friendly local business owner. Highly recommend dropping in and supporting local.“
