“I should’ve gotten her name… she was AMAZING!!!!!!!!
There was a young lady on the register, brunette hair. Super friendly! Very welcoming disposition! She helped me choose my items, she told me how to make it work for me in the most cost effective way (picky eater).
She even let me try a few base options -Pitaya & Mango (we had similar tastes because neither of us enjoyed Pitaya very much 😖 tastes like a placebo fruit 😭-but my sister LOVED IT!).
So because of her, I’ve literally eaten Playa Bowl every other day-obsessed-it’s a little expensive for me though lol! Get me a discount and I’ll take 14 of em right now, SPECTACULAR
i dont know WHAT TYPE OF BERRY BLEND THEY USE IN THEIR AÇAÍ BUT ITS THE BEST AÇAÍ IVE HAD NEXT TO AMAZON CAFE!
(Please advise you can do a Half and Half Base!!! It’s really good and they don’t mix it together here, they give them space in the bowl, it was really perfectly made. The other Playa Bowl I visited didn’t do that for me! I got Half Mango Half Açaí)“

Me not realizing the time walked in when in 3 minutes closing time..I saw the girls cleaning & putting everything away & realized it's closing time Thay insisted on serving Me ANYWAY without any hesitation!!! That alone deserves a Million Stars..They were the Sweetest duo..You are SOOO LUCKY to have these Beautiful Girls work at Playa Bowls Brick NJ..

“Only did a take out order so cant speak to much about the atmosphere... but the service was very polite and accommodating. Food also came out as always and not too expensive in my opinion. Recommend coming here whether it's take out or sitting down and staying“

“Love Playa Bowls on the Asbury Park Boardwalk not only do they have awesome menu to choose from. They always give my dog a pup cup as well so he loves going there with me.!!!!!

“My boss and I went in today and we just wanted to let everyone know how amazing of a salad Andy makes. So sweet and always puts his best foot forward to give the best service. “Love this Playa Bowls!!! Missing it greatly since summer is over!!! The staff is so friendly and happy, they go above and beyond even when packed. I have had them even go so far as to take my order via the phone when someone else went to pick up for me!! Wish there was one closer to me (the one by me isn’t nearly as great!!) that had this atmosphere and charisma!“

“Mike is a godsent! A friend of mine bought some soup last week and it was the most delicious soup I've had. Feeling a little under the weather, I thought I could just stop in and grab a container. Unfortunate for me, being new to this, they are revamping their menu for pre-order and pick up only (which I am fine with) so in another week I will be in heaven!
Mike was kind enough to give me some stock and I went home and made soup with that! I very much look forward to the new menu and patronizing this establishment! Thank you for being you!“

“Today I tried CJ's custom made Strawberry Lemonade. It was great and I will definitely willbe going back for more. I recommend anyone who loves Strawberry Lemonade to go try it. Maybe with enough interest it can become a regular menu option!“
