I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience completely ruined my son’s 7th birthday. They would be getting 0 stars if I could, but we all know that they remove reviews with less than 2 stars!
I placed my custom cake order on 7/22, giving Baskin-Robbins more than enough time to complete it or at the very least let me know if they couldn’t. I even called TWO DAYS BEFORE my pickup date to confirm everything was on track. They assured me it was.

Great experience with the friendly staff
Baskin Robbins is always a treat for me and my family! 🍦 With so many flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone – whether it’s a classic like chocolate chip or a fun seasonal option. The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. I especially love that they let you sample before choosing, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
