“I have been to a fair number of Popeye locations and this is by far the best one. Service was prompt and good. The restaurant was kept very clean. When I order things that they don’t have at the moment, the server will let me know how long I have to wait rather than keeping silent. This is a very sharp comparison to the Popeye in Journal Square“

“I usually visit Dave’s Hot Chicken at 7th Ave Brooklyn.
This time we went so late that it was just 40 minutes left in closing and they had put all the tables and chairs away (means the dine in was closed already) but the girl at the counter was so nice that she not only allowed us to take the chairs and sit but also suggested us to rate them on app to get a free drink (everyone loves free stuff..right??)
The food and atmosphere is always always so good. We love to go there at least twice a month (as far from our place). Highly recommended especially if you are looking for some good halal food.“

“Delicious and juicy chicken at reasonable prices. You eat the chicken with your hands with gloves so I might not go there on a date, but it’s great with friends. It’s very small and there’s not many tables. Not sure if they take reservations.“
