I place order online and went thought drive thru. Only to find out my order was in correct. However, nothing knew about that, but I asked for barbecue sauce and charge me 53 cents. Now looking at all the comments about Wendys getting orders wrong. It seems to me the employees have issues in reading, but they know how to charge customers for the food they want to put in the bag.
Every time I do Uber eats something is always missing from the order if it’s not the fries it’s the drinks..this has happened multiple times
I ordered the 4 for $4 deal. The gentleman behind the counter (JJ) got distracted and closed the register before giving me my change or my receipt. The manager (i believe she was the manager) had to open the register to give me my change. Again, I had to ask for the receipt. It took quite sometime to get my meal. While waiting, I had to ask for my drink. When I got my food and sat down, the burger wasn't what I requested. I asked for a double stack with only ketchup...meaning...read full review
