The employees really need to be trained in customer service. The ice cream is decent BUT the service is HORRIBLE. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats anything), but it was really not good.
