“I’m really not sure what took me so long to get here, but I’m upset now that it did! This was a phenomenal experience. As soon as we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy it. The vibe is so good, and they’ve done such a good job making this a cute and cozy space inside of a historical building. Their seasonal drink menu was excellent, which is what we ordered from. And the sweet and savory treats they had were to die for. We got a scone and a homemade oatmeal cream pie. Both excellent! We had our drinks and relaxed for a while. Service was fast and friendly! Just great overall experience. We will definitely be back soon!“

She never checked on me and never refilled my drink and I really wanted to order dessert but no longer had the time to wait. So no dessert for me. Guy across from me got star treatment and he got to enjoy dessert. She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter to ask for check and that worker was messing around on her phone and did not notice me standing there. I get I am not a regular but certainly never deserved to be treated like that. was considering recommending this place to friends and family. Please talk to your staff about paying better attention and checking on the customers. You were not busy today when I was there and it does not take much to bring someone a refill or to ask how things are or see if they need anything else. Thank You. The Hope Cafe is located at 6 Cedar Street at the corner of Cedar St. and County Road 519. Definitely a shop that deserves to be in the spot light. Small town vibe from start to finish with awesome service and more importantly great good. I present the Rajun Roastbeef (Roast beef, pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, horseradish sauce) Sandwich had great taste with a small kick which I enjoyed.
