Chick-fil-A offers a convenient location right off the expressway, making it a solid pick for hungry travelers. The honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich features a chicken breast topped with pimento cheese, pickled jalapeños, and a honey drizzle, available classic, spicy, or grilled. The waffle fries are crispy and served with plenty of sauce. Service is friendly, and the dining area is fairly clean. During cow appreciation day, people dressed up like cows with black spots, and a live cow was brought into the parking lot. The staff took photos of costumed guests, and customer service was excellent. However, some issues exist: the drive through has served undercooked chicken patties several times, and the app/express drive thru is consistently ignored, causing long waits. Management is not visible in the drive thru. The food is always good, hot, and delicious when prepared correctly. Parking is easy in a large side lot, with easy access from college blvd exit from 42. Each table has a little vase with real flowers.
