“I waited for almost 25 minutes for my food to be ready. Their speed might not have been superb but their central AC sure was. So even tho I waited longer than I would have liked, at least I was cool and comfortable. But seriously tho, train your staff to be productive. It was obvious to me that the crew seemed very young and inexperienced in their roles.“

“I’m visiting NJ (lived here for a long time) and wanted to eat some of my favorite foods. I ordered dinner from port of peri peri and it was perfectly cooked but missing my fries. I let that be known to the restaurant and received a small refund. Next night, I ordered dinner again and I received a large order of fries on the house as well as a discount card for 5% for dine in orders valid for one more week. Amazing customer service. If I were in NJ longer, I would surely order again! The food is absolutely delicious 😋“

“So I’ve always heard about Dave’s but never been till today, first off the service I received was beyond exceptional Dylan M took my order not only did he service with a smile he took time to figure out what I like and suggested what I should get and he was right it did not disappoint I also received my order from Angel H who also provided me and my friend service with a smile he told us how to mix are sauce for the best flavor. “I mean, it’s Popeyes! Sweet people working a tough job without much support. The space is big but most people seem to get takeout. I really only get the chicken tenders- sometimes the combo and sometimes just tenders but I have had the fried chicken sandwich and it’s been fab.“

“Great hot wings, that's pretty much the only thing I ever get here, but I have had other things, and it was pretty good. All the employees are really friendly and extremely patient. Just to be perfectly honest, this place is located in a rather tough area, so keep that in mind when going here. Also there's no seating, it's strictly take out, the prices are very fair, and it offers a decent amount of other products similar to a small bodega. All in all, the wings keep me going back almost weekly for a number of years now and I've never had any problems with other customers. Enjoy!“

They’re fast, friendly, and honestly, too pleasant for people working in the middle of a crowded mall. I've seen them handle lunch rushes with the kind of efficiency that would make NASA jealous. And they do it all while still delivering their signature, 'My pleasure,' which somehow makes me feel like I’m at a five-star restaurant rather than a mall food court.

“I haven't had a bad experience per day but they did get slammed while I was there and ended up passing my order to someone else because they forgot I was there overall good hot food no complaints there and the ice cream isn't bad. Side note I enjoy the friendly chats the two men seem to have with patrons(I'm not from here but have been a few times always everyone smiling or laughing)“

My mom and friends like the chicken meals; I enjoy tostones, salad, rice, yucca, beans (frijoles), green sauce, puffed cheese pastries, and more.
