Ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait quite a while when I got there. This seems to happen a lot during the lunch rush, and there are usually only one or two people working the counter. I don’t blame the employees because they seem overwhelmed, but management really needs to staff more people during the busiest hours. Ordering ahead should actually save some time.
Order took a long time and then both of our double cheeseburgers had only one patty. No one picks up when I call. Very dissappointing.
Only place that when you order chilli and baked potatoes, they never have it. Happens all the time.👎

This Wendy's location in Bloomfield, NJ, offers a clean, bright, and nice environment that is still quite new and exceptionally well-maintained. The establishment seems somewhat designed for mobile pickup orders, though the ordering kiosks were broken during one visit and there is no drive through. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient, ensuring prompt service and food that is hot, fresh, and perfectly accurate. The Dave's single is still good, and a classic combo tasted delicious. However, one visit included a bit of cold and loud music, and an order of a potato with extra cheese and bacon on the side was messed up, with normal cheese and bacon on top. The bacon was fatty. The place is very slow, and the drive-thru line can get busy and congested during peak hours, but the wait is worth it for fresh food. Many people are hating, but these people are new, and everyone who works hard there deserves raises, money, respect, and happiness. The hard work is appreciated, and the location is recommended for a reliable, comfortable spot to grab a bite to eat.
