“This is a great spot before you hit some of the hiking at Delaware water gap national recreation area. The cactus steak kept me going till the end of the day. It was tasty and generous. I ate till I hurt but couldn’t finish. This restaurant takes the traditional Mexican touches a step further with its ambience. The service was attentive, as well.“

Big smile and his hair in a bun). He was the wait staff taking care of all of us and he killed it! Super pleasant and he worked his butt off to serve us all. “This place is so charming and the food is incredible!!! We sat outside and enjoyed pancakes with berries and the special sweet potato bowl with spinach, mushrooms and pulled pork. “Very well run hostess seating. Three people taking people in. I liked that as there was no wait. Place looks cool with old wood beams. My wife had the fillet mignon special cooked med rare and I had the Teriyaki Ribeye cooked medium. It was a 90 min drive for us on a beautiful sunny day which is something we wanted to do. The place is old school in that it reminds me of restaurants in the 1970s and 1980s in a good way and with a basic salad bar. The food menu is updated of course and it’s good. We really liked it. It’s not what I would call elegant or unique food or modern farm to table style. It is just really nice food, nice family atmosphere and a positive experience. The service we had was great. Friendly and quick. Drinks were good. Apply crumb pie was great. Prices are not cheap but they seemed very similar to most other places these days. We saw a bear through the window too. Cool. We will go back.“

“My husband and I have eaten here several times without each other. Last night we went on a date night. I had their seasonal cocktail the Pom fig which was delicious. My husband had one of their zero proof cocktails called A touch of the blues he liked it very much! We had their calamari appetizer which featured fried lemon slices and lemon curd it was a 10 out of 10 would definitely order that again! I had the Mediterranean Steak Bowl which was incredible to say the least perfect portions, all the flavors complimented each other. My husband opted for the tarragon cod entree he liked it and is looking forward to trying other dishes on their menu. We had a very nice conversation with both the general manager and the owner. We look very forward to having more date nights here in the future!“
