“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.”

“We had a wonderful meal during our first visit to a Fogo de Chao restaurant last night. Our server Aiden was pleasant and made sure we were well taken care of during our meal. I also appreciated the lady managing the salad bar, making sure the freshly cut fruits were available and everything was clean. Great salad bar options and of course the meats were top notch too. I made sure to ask for medium cuts (pinker) since I don’t like well done steak and also smaller cuts when sampling, and it made the experience better for me. Thanks, Fogo de Chao Bridgewater!

Vegetarian options: A vegetarian could eat well simply from the salad bar options. Plenty of fresh fruits like dragonfruit, papaya, and kiwi. Legumes too”

“Visited for first time. Food and service were great. I have to say I was not pleased with the Pet situation. I am a dog lover, but pets in a restaurant is not appealing at all. The dogs were barking, doing their busy on the sidewalk, spilling drinking water out of saucers. This was a bit too much. Sorry I'm not a pet hater, but safety and sanitary issues would keep me from visiting again.”

“Stopped in by accident and discovered a goldmine. Driving home to Connecticut, I exited 287 to take a break from rush hour. Nothing like a Buffalo pizza to calm the nerves. I was greeted by a friendly host. I requested a seat at a high top in the bar area , so I could people watch and glance at the game on one of the many tvs. I had a great server , his name was Todd. He explained the menu and walked me through the various pizza selections. He not only knew the menu , he was excited discussing the food. I ordered a Buffalo Pie, it was unbelievable. I wish I saved room for dessert , because the choices seemed so delicious. Next time I’m going through town I will definitely come back”

“I enjoyed my lamb burger but the french fries were sub standard. My Mom loved her French dip but again mediocre cooked frozen French fries. Squash soup was very good. Offer fresh cut french fries, or oregano fries as a side to the lamb burger would have made this a 5 star review. Our waiter was very attentive.”

“Deep inside a very crowded outdoor mall and the parking lot is difficult to navigate on weekends. The store was very crowded but the lines were not too bad. Better experience than many Costco stores we have been to.”

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.”

When I had ordered a custom made bowl online, and one of the staff members thought that it wasn't enough in proportion to what I'd paid, she personally called me to give me options to make sure that I'd get the full bang for my buck!

“We have been disappointed with our go to diner lately so we decided to try bridgewater diner. We placed our order, with some notes attached. We got pork roll egg & cheese, home fries bagel with cream cheese fruit cup & chocolate milkshake. All notes were read & followed. Sandwiches were loaded & roll was fresh. Bagel & fruit cup were very good also. Now, time to eat used to be our go to, but lately the food is not up to par. The home fries were not fresh just warmed up & dry. Asked for gravy with French fries & did not get. Roll was hard, no pickle or coleslaw with blt. No syrup or butter with pancakes. Will not let you put in notes. This has been going on gor the last 6 orders. Bridgewater diners home fries were fresh & so much better, added onions per request, pork roll sandwich was excellent. Hands down much better then time to eat diner. Needless to say Bridgewater diner is now our go to diner.”

“Carlos pizza is amazing, our absolute favorite pizzeria. We've been getting them for over 8 years. Recently I my food allergy escalated to the point where any exposure to it sends me to the ER. With that said, i haven't been able to order take out as its a major risk. I took a chance and requested them to exclude these ingredients from the pizza and to avoid cross contamination. They went the extra mile and made a safe pizza!! When you're not able to order pizza for months, this means the world lol. BIG THANKS TO CARLOS!! You rock! ❤️”

I will agree that, compared to other food court options the menu is limited, however it's important to note that Alex's isn't a chain. The small menu allows them to focus on a few things and do them well. It's, in my opinion, becoming rarer to see non-chain options in mall food courts, so I always try them when I find them. I'm so glad I did!”

Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.”

It was quite uncomfortable. If he’s the manager I suggest he get some coaching on how to behave on the floor and how to speak to other people.”
