“Kyma is the reason we drive 30 minutes for amazing authentic Greek cuisine. Our appetizer/small plate of smoked eggplant dip & lamb empanada with herb mint sauce was a wonderful start. Sea bass in tomato broth with potatoes & Aegean shrimp dish were perfectly prepared. We had to have the baklava with vanilla ice cream (no pic as we attacked it!). It's dimly lit inside which made reading the menu a bit challenging. However, everything we did order made up for it! I highly recommend the Frittura di Calamari for an appetizer. The following dishes we ordered were spectacular! Rigatoni alla Vodka, Penne alla Grotta, Gnocchi Alessandra, Norwegian Salmon (special), Penne al Forno, Spaghetti alla Carbonara and the Pollo alla Francese! It is a BYOB establishment, luckily there is a wine and spirits store next door. My family will definitely be returning to this beautiful gem in the heart of Somerville!“

“We've enjoyed their lunches and their dinners. We love their salad- fresh tasty cucumbers, tomatoes and ? that makes it great. We like their lentil soup. We adore the special Noni Afghan (or Nan, a staple, long, oval flatbread with a chewy interior and crusty exterior). We like the choice of rice (my favorite is weird brown long rice with carrots and raisins) We have tried most of the meat choice- all are delicious. 3 very different sauces are fun - the white yogurt sauce makes everything tastes great. The service is always friendly, never rushed. We enjoy coming to Silk Road often.“
