“They are usually on point with the service they provide and the pizza they make. I called and ordered a well done plain pie ahead of time for pick up.. when I arrived, it quickly became apparent that they forgot about me.. meanwhile, they have an entire fresh pie that just came out of the oven, and instead of offering me the pie, they cut it up for two slices for a different customer and made me wait 20+ minutes to make what they forgot!
