“The muffins were still warm when I bought them. Raspberry lemon was so moist and insanely flavorful. The chocolate croissant was perfect. The inner chocolate was fluffy like a ganache but had the right amount of toasted flavor from the oven. 10/10. Cash only.”

“What an awesome little treasure chest this place is. I happen to stop in today as work ended close by. A friend had mentioned what great stuff they carry and I had always want to stop. Today I happened to be craving antipasta salad. Something to snack on while I drive home. I was like this is perfect, there is parking I’m stopping 🥰 and so glad I did! Walked in to 3 awesome women who are a whole vibe in itself, like I didn’t want to leave 😂. Anyways they fed me this beautiful lavender herb something cheese, and it was purple 🤩 ! They sliced up my cheeses and sopressata, put them in these to go container, grabbed these cute little toasts and had me a whole mobile mini charcuterie board. Came home and well this is gonna be my dinner because YUMMMMMM! Thanks again can’t wait to come back!”

“Great place and fast service but I don’t understand how they don’t add any salt to the food,, anyway even after adding salt to my food it still tasted really bland… iI would ask people if they wanted salt or no salt added instead of not salting the food during the cooking process, I hope this helps”

“Visiting Brigantine for family vacation, celebrating a birthday so we ordered ahead to pickup takeout for 20 people. The whole order was 100% correct (including allergy needs) and delicious, ready on time, everyone loved it. Very nice staff, reasonably priced, will order again!”

“For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!”

“We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison. We had the blush pasta which also was outstanding. Our sincere gratitude to the Chef Vola staff for making my birthday extra special.”
