““Unfortunately, my experience at this café was quite negative. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When I mentioned that I couldn’t read English, I was asked in a rather rude manner, ‘If you can’t read, how do you drive a car?’ They also insisted I place my order myself through a computer. It made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope they can improve their customer service.“

“Never leave reviews, but I went to this Dunkin’ a couple of days ago and loved everything about it. The short girl with glasses working alone was super helpful and kind! It was very hot outside, and we were quite stressed because our car had broken down on the road, but she made our time worthwhile! She had great recommendations and was very sweet, regardless of my husband and I not knowing much, lol. We will be returning!“

“Absolutely 💯 great Dunking location 👏 EXCELLENT Customer service 👏. Nice employees, CLEAN ENVIRONMENTS! They wipe surfaces every second, Clean trash area too🤣 belive me, the store is sparkling clean. The staff are Absolutely respectful and nice.☺️. “This store continues to provide a disappointing, frustrating, low level customer service experience when buying at this McDonalds #37627, 2102 Mt. Holly Road, Burlington, NJ 08016, 609-396-0632 Sauces are continuously missing from orders that include chicken nuggets, INCLUDING when you PAY for extra sauces, primary items of an order continue to be missing from orders such as fries and/or sizes are not correct, McChicken has been omitted several times, sizes of drinks are mixed up, large orders are shoved into bags that are too small and the window employees are not interested nor do they want you lingering to review your order making a final review of the order difficult, (they step away before a review can be done) the bag breaks in the car before even reaching home because the bag is too small. Customer service is non existent, efforts to call the store are futile or if you do reach anyone, a second trip back to the store to pick up any missing items is always the end result. Time is expensive and I'm sure for the Santoro Organization would agree (as the owner/operator). This is a privately owned and operated franchise, by the #santoroorganization When I tried calling their number at the bottom of the receipt the mailbox was full and not accepting messages. 856-231-0261 The Santoro Organization which owns several McDonalds in the Burlington,NJ area bring in a huge annual profit and they can and should do better. Waiting for it to happen.“

“This was a real nice experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. This McDonalds is very clean, the young man and young lady at the counter were very pleasant, and the food was hot. Really felt like they treated their customers with respect and not a bother like many other fast food establishments. Will be returning because of this experience. Great Job and thank you.“

“Tried for the first time wasn’t sure what to order the barista was helpful and accommodating when I asked for a customized iced latte coconut caramel it was perfectly made. Definitely recommend and will be going back.“
