“We had our daughter’s bridal shower here this past weekend…cannot say enough good things about the food service and total atmosphere..all of our guests loved the food the staff was fantastic and so very accommodating. They worked with us regarding the room set up and the several changes we needed to make. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Been a while since we went to Axton’s, but my wife and I will be celebrating 30 years this week, we thought we’d start with a fine dinner WTH Chef Anton. Early on a Sunday during the summer was far from their busy time, so we had a chance to chat. For starters, we shared an apple mango salad. Shame on me for not reading the menu. The dressing is apple mango. Home made! I was looking for mango in the salad. Apple, craisins, two kinds of cheese…. Perfect for a hot July day. My wife ordered the shrimp marinara over spinach instead of pasta. Delicious and even more impressive was that the shrimp had their tails removed. A great touch. The piece de resistance was my scallop special. Scallops topped with Crabcake coating topped with bacon. Served over a bed of spinach with cherry tomatoes and more. My wife called it spectacular. I thought it was a taste of heaven. Couldn’t figure out one taste in the sauce. Originally thought mango, but there was none in the salad. Had to ask if it was peach? Mango was the winner. The dish was a bigger winner!“

“We had my daughters baby shower here yesterday. The food was absolutely amazing! The manager Sam was extremely easy to work with long distance (I live in Pennsylvania). The wait staff were very friendly and attentive . I would highly recommend this place for a private party.“

“Wow was it busy at lunch. Long line and I thought it would move quicker so make sure you aren’t in a rush. I went with the italian tuna special sandwich. It was good but found it a little dry. It also needed more acidity. The staff works clean which is always good to see. I would come back to try another sandwich. The antipasto salad was good. Nice balance of acidity and saltiness. There is street parking and I didn’t have a hard time getting a spot. Not dying to come back but if I was in the area I would. 3.5 stars is about right.“

“This place is TOP SHELF. Went twice this past week and honestly feel there is NO place in the area that comes remotely close to this restaurant! I moved from Bergen County and until now, could not find that rare combination of quality food, CLEAN and attentive , personable staff. The seafood is AMAZING. I’ve heard some comments in reference to the owner….guess what…he’s doing a whole lot of right, maybe you just don’t know the difference.“

I LOVE their Veal Chop (I've had close to 100 over the years!!) and if i stray and go to pasta, the Wild Mushroom Ravioli has one of the best sauces you'll ever taste. My friend loves the Lasagna, various Chicken dishes and this time, she said the Orechiette alla Maria was so delicious! We've been starting with the Hot Antipasto for Two to get a taste of varied favorites (but they let us substitute NO mussels for extra clams). The Caesar Salad is always crisp and tasty. The service is outstanding and friendly with ample busboys delivering the extras and cleaning the table. We should also mention the super-friendly hostesses who start your meal off with a very positive note. Thank you all for an all-around enjoyable evening time and time again!“

“We had a wonderful Dinner at Novelli Restaurant in Wayne NJ yesterday celebrating my amazing Wife Karen's birthday. Food,service and ambiance was outstanding !“

“They are a great company to work with and I love the awning. We ended up needing an awning that extended out 13' as we we recently installed a new deck that gets a lot of sun. I found a bunch of awnings that extended out 10', but the longer awnings were harder to come by. I found some, but I was not confident. I ended searching the internet, found Alutex, they came by and we ironed out exactly what I needed. The awning is a roof mounted 20' x 13'. The awning makes the deck such a nicer space now as when we have people over in the summer the sun won't beat down on us. You'll be happy with this company as they care about their customers and product.“

The dinner pricepoint is a little high but comparable to similar menu restaurants in NJ. Sun-Thur prix fixe is your best bet but with limited selection. We appreciated the pristine airy ambiance, service and food at an earlier repast event with screens available to show photos and videos of remembrance. They were quite respectful of what was being said and shared and waited patiently to serve at appropriate times.“

“This is a classic New Jersey pizzeria. Owner is very nice. The workers are very nice and one thing I noticed about this restaurant is they are very, very clean, which says a lot nowadays. I’ve had different slices throughout the years and it’s always good today. I tried the buffalo slice. This one was pretty good. There was a lot of cheese on it and when they make their buffalo slice, they have the tomato sauce with it so it depends on your preference. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area next time.“

“Excellent traditional Italian food. Salads and bread were fresh. Pasta was delicious. Meats were cooked perfectly. Very kind and attentive staff. If we were locals this would be our regular spot.

A big thank you to the staff. We were very under dressed. Wife had just run a Spartan and we were at the tail end of a road trip. We picked the restaurant on the GPS assuming it was a pizza place. We almost left, but the young man who greeted us convinced us to stay. So glad we did. Thank you.“
