Better late than never, took this photo right before Rutgers closed for the pandemic back in 2020. It was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The friends cafe that served Korean cuisine is truly missed. From the wraps, to the noodles and bowls the food was solid all around and was just great and so affordable. Wish you guys would come back
Me and my wife walked in and it reeked of some strong chemical. There was a lady there on the phone having a ratchet conversation talking about,"Your mother trifling." No one said hello or greeted us. We asked to see menus.... no one said anything... so we walked out. We try our best to frequent establishments ran by POC however this was just unacceptable.

I had planned to visit Friends Cafe to eat lunch. I saw the hours was listed as opening at 11am on Wednesday, so I walked there and well it was not open. Considering it was 11:06 at that point, I decided to call to see if they were just back there and forgot to open up from the inside. The number that is listed doesn't have a voicemail option and no one answered. Will not be wasting my time on this restaurant.
