So,So,So,So Good! As fine a dinner as one could ask for. Our meals are always great at PSI, last night was another high-water mark. The menu made decisions difficult, we wanted to have everything. The oysters and cavatelli with braised lamb appetizers were excellent, the pork chop Milanese, and the venison were both fabulous. Service is always exceptional, like having dinner with friends. As usual Peter Shields “PSI” never disappoints us. On a stormy Saturday night there was a full house which was nice to see! The piano played in the background and Sean our server made us feel special and always brings a smile.

Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. We have dined here multiple times and never have had a bad meal. Most recently we attended the game dinner which was a culinary art. Each course was more delicious than the next. The service was impeccable and the charming ambiance makes for a memorable experience. Highly recommend!
