“We dined on Friday, 10.31.25 supporting the Cape May Restaurant Weekend. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Red Snapper Alla Plancha that was impeccably simmered in a tomato-saffron cream sauce along with the delectable additions of mussels, rock shrimp, creamer potatoes and confit fennel. I had the wonderful opportunity to sample the Grilled Duroc Pork Chop with aged gouda potato purée, ginger glazed vegetables, sherry wine cream sauce and seasonal mostarda that was done to absolute perfection. I haven't cleaned my plate like that for years! My wife echoed that it was one of the top three dinners that we have ever had as a couple....Our service was second to none from the expediters, bussers and our very warm and personable server, Anna, who just added to the overall dining experience. A five star event for sure!“

“I have used Lucky Bones’s Eric three times in the last five years for catering parties at my home/in my yard. Twice I also booked waitresses with my party. The food is always delicious, the service reliable. We ran out of chicken tenders for the kids once and they brought over a new batch! Everything is set up as ordered and arrives on time. You can’t go wrong with them for your party. My father’s small after-funeral reception was in their back room and my husband and I eat at the restaurant at least once a month. Highly recommend.“

“This place has the best grilled cheese and fantastic customer service! My boyfriend goes every year and I finally got the chance to this year. His favorite is the chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese and the day we went they had a smash burger grilled cheese as a special that I got. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend for anyone in town!“

The service was 5 stars. Ambiance 5 stars. Manhattan (stupid good) (x2 I mustn't lie) 5 stars. Our entire experience at this establishment was superb. We had the deviled eggs 3 ways, unique. Octopus, best we’ve had. The scallops, good portion, and perfectly cooked (corn base, mid…). And the branzino, did I mention that?? Finished with the homemade sorbet. OUT OF THIS WORLD. We had to reserve this restaurant again before we went home it was so good. For the love of all things holy, GO. Oh, and loved the pianist.“

“We celebrated our 53rd anniversary there tonight. They could not have been nicer to us. They treated us to a very special evening. Balloons at the table and complimentary champagne. They also treated us to a dessert of our choice. The food was delicious. I think we found our new favorite restaurant.“

“We stopped by for drinks + apps on a less than bus afternoon in October- the weather was gorgeous so we sat outside. Some of the tables had signs directing you to the bar to order. Some did not. There seemed to be some miscommunication with a staff member and our table as well as a few other tables near us- setting the mood off less than pleasant. We then proceeded to find another staff member and inquire to the procedure of ordering drinks to which *that* staff member was helpful and seemed contradictory to the first one. All of this to suggest to management better training of staff and or more clear / permanent signs indicating the ROEs for the patio. Drinks were good.“

“Went Ocean Club for our anniversary on Dec 12 2025. Next morning decided to try Sea salt as it was right there. Pleasant surprise! Mine the crab omelet with side of hash... shockingly good! Hers the smoked salmon omelet. Again: VG!
