“We dine here every time we are in Wildwood Crest. The food is very good. It is busy, always a wait. Very casual, some outdoor seating. Great bar. However, there is an older woman who hosts and is miserable and crabby. She is rude and nasty. Many others we talk with have experienced her wrath. Restaurant work is rough but come on, quit already. Other than her we love it there and patronize the place whenever we are in town.“

Good fried seafood platter. Good fries. Good Greek salad. Great chicken & rice soup. Even the tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and salad dressings were really good. Reasonable price (around $60 for dinner for 3). Blows away most of the tourist trap ripoff diners on the boardwalk.“

“Good place! We were in rooms where there was a kitchenette w/bed area plus a separate bedroom - so that was convenient for us with multiple little kids and a baby needing to nap. The pool was really wonderful (only downside that it doesn’t open till 10 am) and the water was warm/clean. It was a short walk to the beach. It is far enough from the Morey’s pier that you probably need to drive (at least we did with littles) but parking was not hard to find despite it being mid June“

“We dined on Friday, 10.31.25 supporting the Cape May Restaurant Weekend. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Red Snapper Alla Plancha that was impeccably simmered in a tomato-saffron cream sauce along with the delectable additions of mussels, rock shrimp, creamer potatoes and confit fennel. I had the wonderful opportunity to sample the Grilled Duroc Pork Chop with aged gouda potato purée, ginger glazed vegetables, sherry wine cream sauce and seasonal mostarda that was done to absolute perfection. I haven't cleaned my plate like that for years! My wife echoed that it was one of the top three dinners that we have ever had as a couple....Our service was second to none from the expediters, bussers and our very warm and personable server, Anna, who just added to the overall dining experience. A five star event for sure!“

“I have used Lucky Bones’s Eric three times in the last five years for catering parties at my home/in my yard. Twice I also booked waitresses with my party. The food is always delicious, the service reliable. We ran out of chicken tenders for the kids once and they brought over a new batch! Everything is set up as ordered and arrives on time. You can’t go wrong with them for your party. My father’s small after-funeral reception was in their back room and my husband and I eat at the restaurant at least once a month. Highly recommend.“

The staff were all friendly and professional and the atmosphere is fun. The 50's music and decor adds alot to the place. The prices are good and family friendly.

“Tried the Jake's famous pork sandwich.
Asked the lady behind the counter if it was sharp provolone and she said it was but once I tried it, it was not sharp at all. Ok no big deal but took a star from the service.
The pork is good but slightly over chopped, The broccoli rabbe was just balanced but not sauteed.
Nonetheless, the sandwich was tasty.“
