“Brett was an excellent server. Friendly but not intrusive. In a booth , very comfortable. But near a table of 9 extremely loud, thankfully they left before our food arrived. Looks like outside does not have large tables so might be a better choice if you want quiet.“

“Hi I want to sing my praises to two of your waitresses that went above and beyond during our meals while vacationing in Wild Woods. Our first Experience and 2nd we had the pleasure of having “Niki” and truly we could not ask for better service than she offered,her tone,her understanding and the way she treated my toddler is immeasurable and the small details that were paid attention to were not found in other establishments we tried. I hope she knows how valued and appreciated she is by our family! We stopped in for one last meal before heading back to MD and we were cared for. A waitress I don’t re call a name but long curly hair,and a smile that lit up a room and was welcoming,her table side manner was fantastic she joked with us and also treated my daughter remarkably well where again other establishments frowned upon her questions or acted as she wasn’t talking. Furthermore,Noticing the whole atmosphere was a fantastic vibe, Everyone was smiling and working as a team. Can’t wait to return !“

Joanna (the hostess) and Susan, our server, were both lovely and kind.They had no bitters = no old fashioneds.“

“The Water Star Grille is the outdoor restaurant on the bay at the Reeds in stone Harbor. The food is expensive, but that comes with the territory. Our server was very pleasant and the quality of all the food we ordered was great. I was disappointed that you only get 6 oyster half shells for $28.....but I should have asked about quantity before ordering. I am pretty sure that I have never only received 6 oysters when ordering an iced tray of oysters before. The reason to go here for dinner is the view of the sunset over the bay for dinner outside on a beautiful summer day.“

“Tried the Jake's famous pork sandwich.
Asked the lady behind the counter if it was sharp provolone and she said it was but once I tried it, it was not sharp at all. Ok no big deal but took a star from the service.
The pork is good but slightly over chopped, The broccoli rabbe was just balanced but not sauteed.
Nonetheless, the sandwich was tasty.“

“Food was delicious and the atmosphere at SAX was elegant and intimate; perfect ambiance. We started with the tuna tartare which was sooo good, the calamari were crispy and tasty. For our main had the steak and lobster, highly recommend adding the truffle sauce. Drinks were really good and of course finished our meal with a delicious apple dessert. Patrick was so great and attentive and we highly recommend checking out SAX. They also have a great brunch menu, the French toast is a must!“

Here I was thinking it was only hot dogs and corn dogs, and they pull out a double-sided menu with mozz sticks, empanadas, loaded fries, Mex corn, the best funnel cakes you’ve ever seen or tasted, ice cream, fried chocolates and Oreo’s, and the funniest shirts you’ll ever wear.“

“We visit the surfing Pig every time we are down here! Fabulous restaurant right on the bay. We have beautiful sunset pictures!
Went Friday night they were able to accommodate our party of 13 very easily. Ordered a few different starters for the table. my friend loved the raw oysters and bang shrimp. We enjoyed everything from crab cakes to grilled chicken to the Halibut special and the ribs. We all enjoyed our meals and will most definitely be back again!“

“Charming restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food. The menu has traditional dishes and comfort food. I loved how cozy the dining area was with plush booths and etched glass. I came here specifically for The Crab Au Gratin, something I rarely see on menus these days. I highly recommend pairing it with pasta in a butter garlic sauce. My husband said the fish and chips were excellent and we just came back from the UK. They had a nice kids menu and my son enjoyed the fried shrimp. The pricing was reasonable for a shore town. It's located between stone harbor and cape may. We'll return again!“

“Better Mexican food than I expected. The tamales were so good and moist. My torta was delicious and my daughter enjoyed her tostada de tinga. It was a bit spicy for her but she ate it anyway because it was thst good. The guacamole was the way it should be. Smooth and creamy.“

“Stopped by to pick up some shrimp for my first attempt at a seafood boil and this place had everything super fresh and the price was lower than we expected for Jersey Shore. Ended up getting 4 pounds of peeled shrimp, 2 bags of crab legs/claws and fried flounder sandwiches that were also delicious. Our boil turned out amazing all of our guests raved about it. Could have even gotten all of our produce here if we wanted to they had everything.“

“Love the location in Townsend Inlet and close to the beach. Spacious and clean condo with room to spread out with our group. Can catch the jitney to the bars and other restaurants.“

“From out of town and we had 16 people in to eat. Food came out timely, drinks were made quickly and everything was delicious. Alaina and Jules went out of their way on a Friday night to help me locate a receipt (remotely) so I could turn it in for reimbursement. Above and beyond on the service!“

“The deep fried stuff is awesome, I've stopped here several times for the cookie dough specifically, I love it! I have also tried the oreos and a reese's peanut butter cup and they were tasty too. Not bad pricing for a treat, $5 for a cookie dough and the PB cup this last visit.“
