“Recently ate breakfast here on the weekend of 8/21/2023 on my way to Cape May with my girlfriend. I ate the Hungryman's Special with French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, and Home Fries. The food has a home-styled feel to it that you won't get at most restaurants and at a good price. We ate in the tiny but homey dining area at the bar. The service was wonderful and the waitress was friendly and responsive. The food itself was cooked to perfection. There may be a short wait time if you arrive close to noon, but it will be worth it.“
“We recently hosted a bridal shower here, and we worked with Dennis Senior and Dennis Junior. The team was so accommodating, attentive, and easy to work with! The upstairs space is extremely spacious with beautiful with large, modern windows. The eggplant parm and baked ziti were fantastic.Debbie was an awesome server!Would recommend Bellevue tavern for any private events - prices were extremely affordable as well.“
“Stopped in after visiting the Zoo. First time here and was very pleased with our experience. Service was quick, food was delicious. Place was super clean. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Stop in and give them a try you won't be disappointed.“
“I eat here often with family. We enjoy it quite a bit. The food is almost always cooked perfectly, and always delicious. If you like hamburgers, try the California burger. The barramundi sandwich is really nice. Also the fries are excellent. We have never had a dish we didn’t love. Sometimes service can wander but not so much we don’t return. It’s relaxed except for rush hour which seems to start at 5 PM at least in the slower months.“
“The best diner in North Wildwood, hands down! They are a typical diner with all the classics, but the food is exceptional, and the staff are all helpful and pleasant! The food always comes to your table fast, hot and delicious no matter how busy they are! If we are staying in Wildwood, we always go to the Vegas Diner, and you should too, you won't be disappointed!Parking: There is a parking lot out front and on the side of the diner!“
“DH never disappoints. Staff knowledgeable about everything on menu. We enjoy dining with friends and taking our time with drinks and apps and this restaurant never rushes you through dinner. Plus the food is always amazing. Enjoyed raw oysters and shrimp, and for entrees the pork chop, flounder and a beef burrata pasta special that was absolutely to die for! A delightful and delicious experience every single time. Will always recommend!“
“Delicious food from burgers to more elaborate dishes. We had the crab-topped salmon special ($36) and grilled salmon ($28), it was excellent. The special was enough of a portion for 2 people. The drinks were nicely prepared with a beach-like presentation - about $12/each. While it's not inexpensive, the quality the food was excellent.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with healthy options including fresh vegetables.“
“This place is wonderful! If you’re in town you must stop here. We came for breakfast on my daughters 7th birthday, we had a wonderful server….got our food so quick. It was all delicious and they made her day extra special. They brought out a slice of cake and the entire restaurant sang happy birthday to her! This place went above and beyond“
“Always a great dining experience. Matt and his staff are very attentive and friendly. Food never disappoints. Pleasant dining area. Good value given today's cost of dining out...cash only (no credit card surcharge and a BYOB) certainly helps.“
“Visited tonight with our family and thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and hospitality! They have several gluten free options to choose from in addition to an extensive regular menu.. We are already looking forward to our next visit!“
“Food was excellent service was great. They have went the extra mile to return my hat as well.We live in Maryland, three hours away and I realized I left it behind when my wife and I returned home after having a wonderful breakfast before leaving for home after our visit to the Wildwoods. We highly recommend this restaurant and appreciate them and their “big heart” . Thank you again.“
“Every time I go to Borgis I have an excellent dinner and a wonderful time. Dino is an extraordinary chef and he always make sure to stop by to say hello to his customers. The view from the outside is amazing at sunset and the music is always good. The food is so good that I make sure to stop by before he closes for the season to stock up on his meatballs, so that I have them in the freezer throughout the winter !“
“We started getting take out from Rick's after too many misses from our local spot in the Crest. Everything that comes from Rick's is fresh and delicious. Now when we go off season everyone votes for Rick's (we have grandbabies so in is better than out). Have never been disappointed. Once in the summer we went to pick up our order for Bob only to find out another Bob already took it (a former Phila congressman!!) they said hang on we will remake the order. Which they dropped everything and did. When the other Bob brought the wrong food back they gave us both and said here-enjoy. Which we did and many times since.“
“Awesome lunch, dinner, and drinking establishment. Think extensive: an extensive: menu with plenty of bar snacks. An extensive bar with plenty of custom cocktails. An extensive selection of games on TV with plenty of live music in the evening. And an extensive soundtrack with plenty of rock tracks from classic to modern. They have street parking and handicap access.“
“Food was PHENOMENAL. Blackened Tuna appetizer was incredible. Jersey Crab Cake entree was great, and so was the crab cake sandwich. Outdoor seating was nice. Service was great, although we were served a coleslaw we didn't order and thought it was a part of the dinner (which was added to the bill). The server seemed a little bit overwhelmed (to no fault of hers) and was still fantastic. Would absolutely return.“
“We’ve ordered take out and dined in at Two Black Dogs multiple times and have never been disappointed! We’ve tried multiple items on their menu and portions are generous and tasty. The house made chips are delicious. Highly recommend the cheesesteak and macaroni and cheese.“
“Food was very good. Although the halibut special was never mention to my husband nor I, he would have enjoyed trying it. The table next to us had it & the other table was offered it. We were not offered it. It looked delicious. A wine bucket would have been nice for our champagne. The crème brûlée was excellent. It would make a nicer presentation in a better dish. Would recommended to some people & would go back, but think they could do better“
“This place is a locals hot spot. I had the special, Cheese, Bacon and Tomato Omelet with home fries, toast and a cup of coffee for $9.99! Everything was delicious, service was excellent. Family friendly also. I love their classic diner counter seats. Tables available also.“
“I go here every time we go to our condo, great food, great staff, love this place , we eat breakfast and dinner most weekends at our happy place, highly recommend eating here , also great atmosphere, if you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner you will enjoy it!!!“
“Title: A Comfortable Dining Experience with a Touch of the Boardwalk's CharmReview:Two weeks ago, I enjoyed dining at Adams Restaurant & Catering, nestled near the very end of the boardwalk in North Wildwood, NJ. This family-owned gem has been a staple in the community for over 30 years, offering a cozy retreat with a view of the ocean's expanse. As my niece and I settled in for dinner before her return overseas, we were welcomed by the restaurant's clean and orderly atmosphere. Despite its basic seating, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The restaurant was filled with patrons, showcasing its popularity yet maintaining a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Our order included a variety of dishes: Lasagna, Clam Chowder Soup, Arugula Salad, Fish and Chips, sodas, coffee and desserts. Each portion was thoughtfully sized, ensuring satisfaction without excess. The food, while not high-end, was hearty and flavorful. The clam chowder was rich and comforting, a delightful start to our meal, while the lasagna and fish and chips offered a satisfying main course. The attentive and friendly service further enhanced our dining experience. Our waitress consistently ensured our satisfaction throughout the meal, adding warmth to the restaurant's inviting atmosphere. Her offer to take a photo of us was thoughtful, allowing us to capture a cherished moment amidst our enjoyable meal. While the prices at Adams are on the higher side, the overall dining experience justifies the cost, especially considering its prime location near the end of the boardwalk. The blend of decent food, excellent service, and the unique boardwalk atmosphere contributed to a memorable dinner, marking a sweet ending to the summer and a warm send-off for my niece. In conclusion, Adams Restaurant & Catering stands as a beloved dining spot in North Wildwood, NJ, promising a fulfilling and heartwarming meal. Whether you're in the mood for a unique breakfast option, a satisfying lunch, or a leisurely dinner with a view, Adams delivers. I eagerly anticipate returning to enjoy the comforting embrace of Adams Restaurant & Catering.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Food is always solid. The wait staff is always friendly no matter what time of day or how busy they are. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there and it really doesn't hurt the wallet which is always a plus. You can get two meals for under $30 with a 20% “
“Myself and two friends had a similar experience. Excellent dinner from arrival to leaving. Felt like we were treated like family the good side. Generally I eat alone but always treated very well. QParking: Obviously off season everything is a bit different but seems to be neighborhood parking for overflow“
“Love Dino’s.Been going to Dino’s since I was a teenager. Throwing money into the cigarette machine (that is no longer there) to get smokes before we got caught.??♀️??♀️Great food and excellent service from everyone. Dinos is always #1 #HomeTownDinerWheelchair accessibility: Ramp Available“
“My wife and I were there for lunch on 3/25. It has a new ce bar atmosphere and Sue our waitress could not have been better. She was very welcoming and attentive. My wife had the cheesesteak egg rolls either a glass of Pinot Grigio. I had the magi magi tacos with a glass of Stella. Reasonably priced and would definitely go back.“
“Went to the landmark C-View Inn for their Wednesday Wing Night. Got there right before the rush. Place was busy both at the bar and at the dining tables. Checked in and was seated 4 minutes later, server was all smiles. Got us our drinks and took our food order which of course were Wings. I believe they are .75¢ ea with a 10 wing minimum and a drink purchase. They came out hot and tasty approx 12 minutes later. Waitress was talkative and attentive. Overall a very tasty treat.“
“I went there for a quick bite While waiting For my ferry ⛴️ With In a couple minutes My delicious cheeseburger was ready Well done. It was really good The french fries were a little crunchy No line I would recommend stopping by It's better than mcdonald'“
“Unbelievably delicious food and the best Long Island ice tea . I had the blackened grouper.. My God, that was fantastic . My gf had the pokebowl with Ahi tuna . She loved it . The steamers were delicious in a lite sauce /juice with brushetta. Our server was excellent, friendly, and on top of her game . We also spoke to the hostess a couple of times, and she was also very friendly and funny and had the answers to all of our questions. This is a must-stop , 1st-stop , for our frequent trips to NWW . Thanks for a top shelf dining experience .“
“Very good ice cream! I like that you can choose between hard or soft serve ice cream! The prices are a little steep, but you get a decent amount of ice cream for the price. Unfortunately, I didn't get to live the 50s Era, but the atmosphere is everything you think of when you think of the 50s. The car seats are a great touch, great for photos!“
“Food was amazing as always! Always a great time seeing friends and saying Hi to the chefs. We had a reservation for 2 but saw friends at the bar and wanted to have dinner with them. We were switched to a larger table with no problem. Service is always top-notch!“
“Paul, the owner, is a great man and his daughter, the cook, is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! The breakfast is top notch and priced fairly. The servers are all polite and efficient. The hot roast beef sandwich with the au jous Is one of the top 10 food items I've ever eaten! They are very busy on the weekends, so call ahead for a reservation!!“
“This is good place right on the Wildwood beach boardwalk for a quick bite !! Service was super fast . We tried coconut shrimp , chicken tenders, onion rings, buffalo chicken wrap, buffalo chicken salad , grilled cheese , chicken burger . All the items were good . Lots of option to choose from . Kids would love it . Will definitely go back again . The restrooms were neat and clean .Parking: There is events beach parking nearby . It’s $20Kid-friendliness: Lot of kids food menu“
“Me and the wife was at the village, so we decided to eat here on the way out, we were greeted nicely, told that it was a buffet, we were not disappointed, the service was impeccable, the food was off the charts!!! place was clean, the staff very attentive to us, and the price for what you get is unbelievable for the shore, will definitely be back“
“My granddaughter and I ate breakfast here while on vacation. The wait staff was very friendly and the food was very good. I ordered the broccoli omelet with a side of home fries. My granddaughter ordered the hotcakes. We will definitely be returning.“
“Breakfast lunch and dinner is outstanding great service, food is outstanding, omelettes, pancakes and French toast are the best I've ever had. Shame your not open all year round. Or we would be going there at least three times a month. But glad you're back open for business.“
“Been coming to the Villas since I was a kid. We have two family homes here in town. Can't believe we have never eaten here before until this past year. Prices are fair and the food is delicious. Probably the best pizza in all of Lower Twp. We will be ordering from Rino's from now on.“
“We ordered takeout from here and it was delicious! We ordered the crabcakes, muscles, as well as clams. Everything was extremely delicious the sauce for the mussels and clams was to die for. I wish we had extra bread so that I could have chunks more in the clam sauce. We called in for a large take-out order and the restaurant even called back and we're talking to us about if they can do it family style or other things like that to cater to the party better. I thought this was an extremely genuine gesture that not every restaurant had to do, and it made our experience some of your dining at home better. I would suggest this to anyone in the area.“
“This gem in Sea Isle is the perfect result of good attitude, excellent product, awesome customer service and engaged owners. Family stayed in Sea Isle for a week and we had Yum Yums each day. The ice cream is delicious. Toppings are generous and the milkshakes (my fave) are fantastic. Many flavors to chose from so you cannot go wrong. That is the excellent product. For customer service, it all starts with the owners. Each are at the counter helping customers and/or staff producing a seamless experience for the customer. Their good attitude is reflected in their staff. The customer is valued and respected. Each night we went to Yum Yums was met with a long line (evidence of a well run ice cream shop) and everyone serving customers has a smile. It is infectious. If you have the opportunity, go. Any wait will be worth it. I'll close with a phrase my kids came up with during our stay ... "Put some Yum Yums in your tum tums."“
“First time visitor to the Bright Spot but it will not be the last. Came in with a crew of 9 on a dreary December morning and it was like walking into sunshine. The owners/staff are warm and welcoming and the decor lives up to the restaurant’s name. A great breakfast fare menu with something for most everyone (NOTE: I didn’t look carefully for vegetarian or food sensitivity items). It’s got a kitchy comfy vibe and they source many of their products from well -known PA places reflecting the owner’s roots in the area. We’ll be back and thanks for the dose of good food and energy !“
“Our first visit to Trio. Very happy we went!! Chef Gus prepares great food; staff was very friendly and hospitable; and BYOB is right up our alley! Scallop Roll was a first - and did not disappoint. Very tasty fried scallops, and wonderful fine slaw. The Steak au Poive was tasty and nicely cooked. The winner from a flavor standpoint was the LBVP meatloaf - WOW! Layers of spice and flavor - not packed too dense; light for meatloaf. The lamb is subtle but definitely adds. A magical dish. We will be back to try more of the menu!“
“Harpoons on the Bay is an absolute gem of a restaurant/bar that I cannot recommend enough! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and exceptional service from the incredible bartenders Aaron, Erik, Joe, and Jarey Pie. These individuals truly go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels welcome and taken care of. Now, let's talk about the food. Harpoons on the Bay boasts an impressive menu that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Their hot roast beef sandwiches are simply out of this world, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. And let's not forget about Erik's power hot dogs, which are a true culinary masterpiece. The chili bowls are a heavenly delight, and the pretzel sticks are the epitome of perfection. It's no surprise that all of these delectable dishes are prepared by the renowned Michelin chef John, whose expertise shines through in every bite. One of the standout features of Harpoons on the Bay is their dog-friendly policy. As a dog lover myself, I was thrilled to find a place where I could enjoy a fantastic meal while also having my furry friend by my side. The staff even went above and beyond to ensure that my pup was comfortable and provided water and treats for him. It's truly heartwarming to see a restaurant/bar that embraces our four-legged companions. The ambiance at Harpoons on the Bay is simply enchanting. The warm and cozy environment creates the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. And let's not forget about the breathtaking view! Whether you're seated indoors or outdoors, you'll be treated to stunning vistas that will leave you in awe. In conclusion, Harpoons on the Bay is a true hidden gem that deserves all the praise it receives. With exceptional service from bartenders Aaron, Erik, Joe, and Jarey Pie, mouthwatering dishes prepared by Michelin chef John, a dog-friendly policy, and a warm cozy environment with a great view, this place is an absolute must-visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!“
“Enjoyed some apps last night while meeting with a collegue. The salads are very generous and all the ingrediants were fresh. I think the onion rings might be homemade....I've had them a few times over the years and they never disappoint.“
“The pickle pizza was a table favorite!! Fresh - tasty - cooked perfectly!! Burger was fresh and cooked to order. The fries were overcooked and cold ... the waiter was friendly but could have been more attentive.... We came on St. Patrick's Day weekend and Irish music filled the place - it was a little loud and we couldn't really hear each other. However - overall a very positive experience and we will be back!“
“Food was good. Really disappointed in the pork auj jus sub. Contents of it was good however there was only about 3oz of meat on it. If it was 8.99 I wouldn’t care but it was $17. Thing shoulda been loaded with atleast 8-10oz of pork. Pork is cheap.“
“Ok so I’ve had a lot of different cheesesteaks from all over the Tri-state area, and I am pleased to say that this place has by far the absolute BEST I’ve ever had! No exaggeration. Been going here for years now and they have stayed solid from the rip. Great food, great service, and very nice ladies behind the counter ??? Highly recommended!!!“
“During our brief visit to Stone Harbor just after Labor Day, we ate here once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was great, drinks were yummy, atmosphere enjoyable, and the service was just fine. Conveniently located in a mall-type area on Stone Harbor's main drag of 96th Street. We will definitely return.“
“Stopped in here for the Summer Mummers after party. We've stopped in a couple of times before over the past few months since they've opened, but never stayed. The (basic bar) food was good. Joanna (the hostess) and Susan, our server, were both lovely and kind. They had no bitters = no old fashioneds.“
“Great place. Large bar area inside. Service was quick and staff was pleasant and helpful !Large open seating with large booths and high tops available.Bathrooms were big and clean.Big screen tvs surround the upper bar area, great for watching the game !HAD A GREAT TIME !“
“Just picked up takeout from the Carvery on my way home from bloodwork. I was definitely "hangry" after fasting for 12+hours. The Turkey Reuben was to die for!!! The flavors just tasted perfect together. Also had the cream of mushroom soup. Soooooo flavourful!! Definitely calmed the savage beast in me. Great Lunch, can't wait to try something else when I am in cmch. Miss their bec biscuits still the best breakfast biscuit I've ever had in my life. Great Job People!!??????“
