We got there a bit early and was greeted warmly by the manager Fawd and the cashier! They were both very sweet and had smiles on their faces! They communicated they had gotten a order and they were preparing the order fresh and it will be out shortly, we got our drink cups ( the machines were wiped down and neat) and grabbed a table and they called out our order shortly after.Everything was fresh to the tea and no complaints were to be made. We needed some extra sauces and they were more than nice to give us some due to the big order we had. We later on needed a bag for our order and went back up to the counter and thanked the team very much for their customer service, hospitality and food!“

“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and a 14-inch Pepperoni Pizza. Every single item was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding. The pepperoni pizza especially stood out—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. “I recently moved to the area and Ive been on the hunt for the best food in the area - one of which was finding my new go to korean fried chicken place. This place did not disappoint and the high reviews left here are worth the hype. Ordered the spicy soy garlic + fries combo and it was deeeelicious. Fresh, hot, with the perfect amount of spice and the wings are bigger than what you'd get at a chain fried chicken restaurant. I also upgraded my fries to the truffle parmesean - truffle isnt as outstanding of a flavor but the parm was pretty good. The service is also so nice! “Came with 5 people including myself and the room was extremely spacious. They have English and Japanese songs too if you don't know Korean songs (so no one is left out). They also have a phone in the room where you can place orders and they bring everything in a timely manner.“

And don’t leave without trying the delicious pickled radish! It’s refreshing, perfectly balanced, and pairs beautifully with the richness of the chicken. Honestly, it’s a must-try on its own.

Mozzarella sticks were frozen, Cajun fries, a handful of paprika drowned over the top Today beer that's normally $6 was $8 plus a $4 tip, tax and looking for another tip. Bill should have been $20 it's $30. Live with your wn failure. Don't put it on the customers. Pretty bartenders won't cover incompetence.“

And the wings were definitely tasty and worth it.
The only complaint is that they gave me ranch instead of blue cheese sauce, and the wing count in regards to the flavors was not correct. I didn't find out till I got home.

“I highly recommend ordering the boneless thighs—they were incredibly tender and flavorful. I actually ordered one of every flavor to compare, and while they were all good, the Honey Brown was easily the standout. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and savory notes.
The noodle-style tteokbokki was also a highlight; the spicy level was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re coming with a group, trying a variety of the chicken flavors is definitely the way to go!

“I love the atmosphere at this location. It’s very clean, the music is good, and the food is great too. The staff are really friendly, which makes the experience even better. I’m so happy they finally opened a Buffalo Wild Wings in Journal Square. The staff was so kind that they even gave me ranch for free, even though I was willing to pay for it. Great service overall! ❤️“

The sides are a lot of fried foods too, but those were still very good. The small boneless chicken was honestly huge and the chicken was super crispy. The spicy rice cakes were way better than I expected — especially since I don’t usually like rice cakes.

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is that it came with no radish, no dipping sauce, nothing on the side.

For $14 for a small order, I’d expect at least some radish, I’d also give up a few pieces of chicken for radish.

Also, it’s definitely more of a take-out spot — the covered patio is nice but not heated, therefore I ate my food in the car since it was cold.

Overall though, really solid food and an easy 4-star meal.“
