“My family just held my baby shower here last week. I could not have been more happy with the result. The room was set up beautifully, the service was fantastic, and the food was the best part. Mangianos worked with my mom throughout the whole process. They were willing to make substitutions and even send left over food home with my mom. We had about 40 guests and there was plenty of space in their event room. My friends and family have been raving about the food, especially the shrimp! I could not recommend them more.“

“Oh man… where to start. The service was phenomenal, great recommendations, great atmosphere, the owner, Ms. Dana greeted us with a smile, Nikki the manager was great to deal with. Now the food… I had the special, “The Gobbler” and it was unbelievably tasty. The crunch from the toasted bread, the flavors all together were a symphony on my taste palette. My gf got the “Toni Ann” and she couldn’t talk while we were eating together because she wouldn’t stop stuffing her face. After she said the chicken cutlet was cooked perfect, mozzarella was fresh, peppers were exquisite. Overall experience was just mind-blowing. I’d recommend Ferraro’s to any person, local or travelers, you NEED to stop and eat here.“

“When we decided to make a reservation here I was concerned because the parking situation in Madison is difficult. IlGoccino has parking in the rear of the restaurant so it was fine. The staff were warm and welcoming and they honored our reservation on arrival. The food was excellent - the salmon cooked to perfection and the chicken was tender and delicious as well. We certainly will return.“

Even though a meatball parm wasn’t listed on the menu, I decided to stop in and ask if they could make one. To my pleasant surprise — they happily did! The sandwich was absolutely delicious: perfectly seasoned meatballs, melted cheese, and just the right touch of sauce on fresh bread. I had a complimentary fied zucchini starter, truffle ravioli, pappardelle with spicy pork ragu topped with mascarpone and zabaglione with red fruit. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. “My team had a lunch booked today and stepping into L’Allegria was a beautiful surprise. I booked the restaurant based on the menu and ratings, plus parking looked easy. Without planning it we had a private room where we could celebrate the departure of one of our colleagues. Alana took great care of us and the food was delicious and well executed. Temperatures were perfect on the food too. The zucchini blossoms and homemade gnocchi were the best I’ve had in YEARS. The chef and restaurant team are to be commended.
