“Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class. If you are unfamiliar with Chez Catherine, it has been one of New Jersey's Top 5 restaurants for nearly 40 years. We recommend it highly and urge lovers of fine dining to not wait but reserve a table NOW. We're sure you'll find it to be as special as we do.“

“Walked in this weekend for the first time and the female bartender was super friendly and helpful! We just wanted to stop in for a quick app and a beer. We ordered the fries and 2 rounds of beers and the check was super reasonable. We will definitely be back when it is nicer out to sit outside. They have a variety of things on the menu, a pool table, shuffleboard table and electronic darts.“

Down to earth crowd just all out to have a good time it was a cool vibe a lot of smiling faces .. the chicken wings were off the hook the drinks were good . It is the dive joint you want to check out for sure. They also sell take out. After a hard week at work you can go to this spot and chill among some very Down to earth folks . “This has been my local spot that I've been coming to for about two years now. The drinks are always ice cold and vibes are tremendous. The live bands that perform on the weekends always sound great and add to the environment of what you'd expect from a dive bar. This bar is cash only, but not to worry as they have an ATM. Vanessa, Rachel, Ava, Nichole, Lexi, Alexa, and everyone else that works behind the bar always make you feel welcomed whether it's your first time here, or you're a longtime regular.“

“We had our daughters 18th Birthday Bash here at the Appian Way on: February 5th, 2022. We dealt with Bob throughout the whole process. And he was just great! Alot is included in the price you receive. And many other venues don't compare when it comes to price. Helping to save you some money along the way. The rooms are beautiful and my guest were amazed. The workers were accommodating and helped get our room together way before time. This helped us tremendously with getting most of the setup being done the night before. The lighting is awesome. The food was absolutely delicious. My guests are still raving about the food. It really was better than I expected. I will definitely be back to celebrate more gatherings. Thank you Bob and your staff for your get service.“

“New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. A wonderful experience!“

“super small place oy about 6 tables plus a few bar seats. food is super expensive but we had Erin as our server and she was absolutely wonderful. can't say enough nice things about her. super friendly and very attentive to our needs. she made it a wonderful experience. food was not great, a little bit greasy and very overpriced. there's literally about 4 choices on the entire menu. Reuben sandwich with fries ($15) chicken tenders with fries($13) bowl of mac and cheese ($12) chicken wings (6 for $8) we weren't going to eat here but it is inside the hotel and we didn't want to drive anymore after a long road trip to get to the hotel. if it wasn't for Erin's awesome service then we would have walked out.“

“The staff here are very attentive,engaging,and fun. I love the decor it feels very comfortable and inviting. Food is always good to warm the soul and is priced very fairly with large portions. It's gotten even better since they finished a new corridor project leading to the restroom area. Also offers an outdoor seating area so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of historic downtown Chatham.“
