“The food was very good. I order a burger and fries and the hat kitchen sampler which was very very good. I recommend the latter with what ever you order. The crowd was mixed age and very friendly. The bar maid could have been a little more attentive to my order request as that was my first time there, you know what they say about first impressions. The music was on point. There's also two pool tables and a dart board for your pleasure. An for those who partake there are hookah pipes available too.Suggestion to the owner place a message on the answering machine stating time and days of operation. I almost didn't go because no one answered the phone as I'm not from the neighborhood but I took a chance glad I did. If ever I found myself in orange again I will surely stop by for a bite and to whip some tail on the pool table. LOL!!!“
“Great vibes! My partner is Guyanese and I’m plain black American and I love the carribean vibes! Food is amazing. Servers are super sweet and attentive. If you don’t like carribean vibes this isn’t the place for you. I’d come every weekend if I could afford it !“

“I normally go to the hook n reel in Bayonne. This place is way BETTER! & when I tell you my waiter/bartender SANDOR made it a pleasant lunch for me and my cousin , I tell no lie . He was very attentive & welcoming. Drinks was great food was hot & fresh and came out at a decent time. Most of all conversations was great and he made sure we was having a good time . Thank you ?.
