“I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

“The service is great!! My husband and I eat there often and never had a bad meal or a problem. Food was perfect, the help is friendly, and the atmosphere was so inviting. You can not beat the prices, you get more then enough food, we get to take home left overs for another meal for the next day. I have eaten in high class restaurant and the food in Elmer Diner is so just as good, without the high prices. I really enjoy the manager Hillme, he makes everyone feel special. And then the lemon Parmesan chicken made by Ivan was absolutely amazing! Not only was a portion very big, but it was so tender and juicy and melted in my mouth.
I haven’t had a restaurant experience like this in years, and I used to work in the restaurant industry. I will definitely be going back there and hope to see all of them again!“
