“Gave a 5 for the atmosphere although I haven’t been there. I imagine it’s top notch based off of the customer service experience I had with a young gentleman on the phone today. I made an Uber Eats order and called to make an adjustment to my sandwiches. The young man on the phone was professional and did not hesitate to make sure that my accommodations would be granted. I wish I caught his name but the call took place at approximately 3:36PM on 1OCT25. He was exactly what I expect when calling an eatery. Prompt, direct, and accommodating. No questions asked, no back and forth. As someone who works in the industry it was greatly appreciated.”

“Dinner was great. First timers. We had shrimp in garlic appetizer, combo with 1/2 chicken and ribs-pork, rice and fries. And 1/2 chicken with rice and veggies. Everything was of good quality and very delicious. We’d order from you guys again. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!”

“One of the best Starbucks I ever have been to my favorite spot literally down the street from my house popped in nearly 20 minutes before closing. They had dropped the cash and they did the awesome thing of still taking care of my order when I told you it is a one service all the way I truly appreciate every single barista here at this location.”

“Three of us had a wonderful dine-in experience at Koy Grill Marlboro/Morganville enjoying authentic Turkish/Mediterranean flavors and attentive service. From the moment we opened the door at 8:30 pm on a Sunday evening, we were greeted by a hostess who genuinely welcomed us to the restaurant. When we were seated, a pretty glass bottle of cold water was brought to our table, along with seasoned fresh/homemade Turkish bread and olive tapenade. The dinnerware and utensils were clean and tightly wrapped in napkin. Waiter and hostess (Ali and Olivia) introduced themselves. New to restaurant, I was given ample time to review menu. Both Ali (in training) and Olivia were very patient with my many menu questions. Needless to say, Ali and Olivia were spot on. We ordered multiple appetizers - shepherd salad, hummus + pita, crispy feta in phyllo rolls, and lentil soup. For dinner we had chicken shish, lamb adana, and lamb gyro + pita that I opted to top with grilled mushrooms and hot pepper. The online photos did not do the dishes any justice. I should have taken my camera out to share how plentiful the dishes were when served and how perfectly grilled the meats were, too! The food had delicious seasoning - that did not repeat afterwards. We took leftovers home and will enjoy lunch the next day. We each had desserts, too, that were served in glassware. One pistachio/gelato and two hazelnut/chocolate flute - both as pictured on menu. We were offered to take glassware home with us afterwards, but forgot to take with us while we focused on remembering to take our bagged leftovers. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable, unplanned Sunday evening dinner. Aside from the freshly cooked delicious food and desserts, it was one of the most pleasant interactions with restaurant staff that I can remember in a long time. Thank You Koy Grill and an even bigger Thank You to Ali and Olivia for welcoming us and for providing us with a great restaurant experience.”

“Had to drive over 45 minutes to get to this place. I’m giving this a 5 star because this is probably the best fish soup you are going to get in NJ. There are however much better places for this in Flushing Queens which would be double the driving time for me. The fish soup is good. Not the best. For the best, my go to place is still this place called Fish With You in Flushing. Give this place a try! Everything is good.

Update: had the comb for 2. The fish came under flavored. Needed some time to marinade in the soup. After it was better. We got the fried pork belly which is good. But can’t have too much because it is heavy. The glutinous cubes were fried so it was crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The syrup is used to dip and it serves as a good dessert to finish the meal off.”

The Japanese A5 Wagyu was a revelation - tender, juicy, and incredibly flavorful. Every bite was pure indulgence. To top off the meal, we indulged in a variety of delectable desserts and rich coffees. The perfect ending to a perfect evening. Strickland's Steakhouse is a must-visit for any steak lover. First, if you are coming here, you should have an open mind as they are selecting all your sushi pieces and you are going to be led in this dance. Chef selects his fish based on availability and quality. That means no two visits here will be exactly the same. You are also experiencing works of art that impress your vision as well as your taste. “We highly recommend Patricia's of Holmdel. We have frequented this establishment with our immediate family of 12 for birthdays, celebrations, and more! The environment is warm and inviting through its modern decor, enjoyable music, lighting, and seating. Tables are covered with white clothes and seating is comfortable whether inside or out. The location is well maintained and clean. The pricing is average for fine dining. The entire staff is exceptional. We enjoy all pleasantries with the staff members. It is evident that care is placed in choosing the staff. Each is professional, personable, and thorough. They make us feel like VIP every time we go, especially when John N. is our server. John N. is extremely knowledgeable of the inner workings of this establishment. We have severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. John N. illustrates such compassion towards us. He is diligent in keeping us safe, and keeps open communication with the chef when we are present. He is so kind and fun, too, in such a way that he feels like a family member. While eating at Patricia's it feels as if we are transported to a family dinner in Italy. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10”

“I had the honor privilege and luck of being the very first customer to be served at Kanpachi Sushi during their grand opening on 4/29/2022. The very first think I noticed was how friendly and inviting the staff is, they make you feel welcome the second that you step into their establishment. The second thing I noticed was the how the new renovation which makes you want to come in and have a seat at a table or sit at the sushi bar to watch the sushi master construct your order before your eyes. I am impressed with the addition of this new business to Amboy Ave. The food is fresh, top-quality ingredients prepared by a world class chief and sushi master. I had lunch there yesterday and today. Oh, and did I mention that Kanpachi is a BYOB establishment? Sushi steak and Hibachi lovers, do yourself a favor and get over there. “You really can't go wrong with any of Red's food.And such reasonable prices compared to other island vendors. My personal favorite is her sweet onions and bacon dog, and her chili with potato sticks. Sounds odd I know, but trust me...she has so many unique toppings to make any combo. Then my other fav is an open faced loaded knish. She also does burgers, and baked potatoes, and thee BEST CUP OF CHILI!!! RUN, DONT WALK!!! YOU'LL BE HOOKED.”
