Dunkin' Donuts in Clifton

“I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“This Dunkin Donuts is beautiful. They have a fireplace and has a nice vibe.They have a few single couches and a table in the center. This Dunkin Donuts is clean and the staff is friendly. I live in Jersey City and I will always drop by here before work and sometimes just of the way because it's such a nice atmosphere.“

“This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“

“One of — if not THE — best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I dropped my clothes off at the cleaners across the street, so figured stop here to save time and it was a great decision. The donuts are awesome since they are freshly made in house, and they have specialty creative donuts with toppings on them you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

Additionally, i wanted the hot version of their iced cookie latte they’re advertising, and they were able to make this request for me. Every other dunkin I went to in the area said it can only be made iced.

While the staff couldn’t understand what I wanted to order, they were patient with me and took time to understand what I was saying to order, and everything came out perfectly. On another note, they also redid this location and it looks really nice.

“I like the hot latte with Oatmilk here , also like the omelette with veggie bite. Most of the people working here are generally provide very good services even though they are very busy sometimes.

Parking: Parking spot for 10 to 15 people, free parking available on side streets too.“

“Clifton has probably 10 or so Dunkin’s. I knew of this one bc I used to live in the area, but I’ve since moved out. I recently was in the area and placed a mobile order for pickup, but I selected the location up the road accidentally and not this one. The kind manager did not berate me, she made me the drink herself and when I offered to pay, she wouldn’t take it. That is really kind customer service and I suggest all to visit this location and give them your business. The manager is a very kind person- hard to find these days. As a tired mother, I thank you.“

“I bought few donuts the other day and the girl name Jaimee is very nice and respectful. She is attentive to costumers like ma. I think she is a new member of the crew because its my first time to see her. I go to that store once in a while and its my first time to see her there and she is very polite. “I got a code and a snacking bacon. The code took a little longer than estimated (or maybe I’m just an impatient person) but overall the coffee was good how I like it and the snacking bacon was on point and super tasty. Order from here again I would.“
