“Writing this review because the exceptional service here completely blew me away. I’m a big fan of Paris Baguette in general, but the team working during my visit made it an absolute standout experience.
A huge thank you to Maya and Ashley for being so fantastic. They are both incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming, making sure every customer is taken care of with a smile. On top of the stellar service, the food was flawless. The quiche is phenomenal. Perfectly flavorful, fresh, and highly recommended to anyone stopping by. Between the delicious food and the wonderful atmosphere driven by Maya and Ashley's hard work, this location has easily earned a permanent five-star rating from me.“

“The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered one of each of the tres leches and cuatro leches, as well as one of each flan. I also ordered the Dominican (pineapple) cake. Unfortunately, they did not have the dulce de leche Dominican cake.

Overall, I enjoyed all three Tres Leches cakes. However, I would rank the guava and strawberry varieties as my least favorites. The guava cake was sweet but lacked a distinct guava flavor. The strawberry cake tasted similar of Nestle Quik and was overly sweet.

The cuatro leches was good. It includes an additional layer of dulce de leche on top, which some may find too sweet.

The flan was average. It was a bit too thick and lacked sufficient syrup. Surprisingly, my favorite was the chocolate flan, despite not being particularly fond of chocolate.

The Dominican pineapple cake was quite disappointing. It was excessively dry and hard, lacking flavor aside from a faint hint of vanilla. I attempted to moisten it with the remaining tres leches milk, but it remained dry enough that I found myself needing a glass of milk.

I visited the store since UberEats has a huge upcharge per an item.

“We chose to have Calandra's Bakery make our wedding cake, and we are so glad that we did! From the moment we came in for our cake tasting, we could tell this was not their first rodeo. They came prepared with a layout of cake options. We ended up choosing the vanilla cake with vanilla custard and fresh strawberries, and it was super delicious to eat on our wedding day. In designing the cake, there were a lot of options we could mix and match/choose from which made the process super smooth for someone who didn't know what she wanted originally. Highly recommend getting your wedding cake from Calandra's.“

“Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“

“Recently tried this place, the assortment of pastries were great. They have a lot of eggless options, vegan options. Latte with Nutella and hot chocolate were both great.

“I’ve been to various Paris Baguette locations around Central Jersey, and honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan… until recently. Let me explain.

At one location I frequented, the coffee had really disappointed me. Once upon a time, their coffee was delicious, with rich, chocolatey notes, but the last few visits left me with bitter, almost burnt-tasting drinks, and no amount of milk could fix it. This was surprising, since they supposedly use LavAzza beans. I also never loved their cakes; I often found them too heavy on icing and light on actual cake.

However, on a recent trip while shopping at 99 Ranch Market (which is conveniently right next door), we decided to give Paris Baguette another try and treat ourselves to pastries. I was immediately impressed by their selection and how frequently the display was refilled. Every item was behind a glass case, which felt very clean and hygienic.
The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. They asked if we had a rewards account, and it turned out none of us had signed up, or our accounts had expired.

The cashiers were great at making the hot beverages, and they asked if we had a rewards program with them. We gave them our phone numbers, and it turned out none of us had signed up or that they expired.

Here's what we purchased:
- Cafe Mocha - 5/5 stars. Perfect balance of espresso and chocolate. The barista even made a heart on top. Although the lid covered it, the gesture was appreciated.
- Cold Brew - 5/5 stars. Smooth and refreshing.
- Chausson aux Pommes - 4/5 stars. A French apple turnover with a perfectly crisp crust and tender, flavorful apples that weren’t mushy.
- Croissant Donut - 5/5 stars. Flaky, buttery croissant-like in shape of a donut, filled with custard that was bright due to the citrus, and well-balanced between sweet and savory.
- Blueberry & Cream Brioche - 5/5 stars. Their crust was crispy and light. It was an indulgent treat that was well balanced as the custard was rich, soft, and just sweet enough without being heavy.

Patrons can help themselves to cream, milk, utensils, and napkins, which is convenient. The seating is roomy and relaxing, perfect for lingering over coffee and pastries.

It’s located in the Home Depot strip mall. Parking is usually easy on weekdays, but weekends can get a little hectic.

Overall, this visit completely changed my opinion of Paris Baguette. The coffee and pastries were impeccable, and the environment made for a pleasant, stress-free experience. Definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby.“

“I was just at Carls bakery in Granite Falls Minnesota and they said your connected to them and he is your long lost relative and you guys use to bake together as kids. He said you gave him permission to use your likeness. If this is true I'm disgusted. Honestly Carl's or Carlos whatever you decide to brand yourselves as is disgusting. I use to love cake boss, but that will be a ****stained thought now knowing this is his brand, or at least "family" using his brand.“
