“Most people see diners and get melancholy for the same bland and boring food, but that is where I will challenge you. Today, I was served the most flavorful dishes from any diner I have been to in my life. I will admit it was a very pleasant surprise and a very wholesome experience. The portion sizes were nice, they didnt overload the plates to make up for poor flavor, nor was it so exquisite that you had a simple morsel. All in all, the food was very well done showing both love of the food and the love of serving. As for the atmosphere, nothing too complex but nothing too simple, it showed a small piece of history from Clinton allowing for immersion and a peaceful environment. The waitress we had was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu as well as quick and precise with our requests!
All in all this restaurant has been put on my "visit again very soon" list. Such a pleasant experience and I'm excited for my next meal here.“

“Been a fan of Riley and Jake’s for Years! This week I made reservations for a group of 15 ladies. Arrival times varied from 5.30-6:30 and departure times varied too. Our server, Anna took it all in stride. She was friendly and very efficient. Appreciated her cheerfulness and patience. Food was delicious and the cocktails, I’m told were refreshing. We are a huge ice cream cake family- our daughter wanted a cookie dough and cookies and cream ice cream cake for her birthday and Williams and Co. did not disappoint. “The staff are all kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely there to make your evening perfect. Chris the hostess was wonderful, as well as the many servers who all willingly supported Gary, the owner, to provide the best service and culinary experience possible for his dinner guests. The menu is one of the best we have seen in the area with many international dishes, some with the labor intensive Indian nuances, and others just with downright phenomenal flavors. Although they have lots of standard fare for the UNadventurous eater, I would suggest you reach past your comfort zone and try some of the appetizers that jump out as potential winners...like the tuna tartare that with just a splash of Japanese Rice wine vinegar would be one of the best I have ever had, as well as the grilled Tandoori shrimp that is marinated in yogurt, ginger, cloves nutmeg, and dried mango; the grilled lamp chops that come with three perfectly grilled meaty garlicky chops that come with mango chutney, and the Haryali chicken Tikka- three huge plump boneless breast of chicken slices that are marinated in mint, yogurt, roasted cloves, green cardamom and star anise, and served with their famous tiger sauce and salsa. We also shared another marinated shredded beef dish special that had three beef croquette-shaped mounds that had such a umami of flavors I can't even replicate it in this review, but we thought it was just great. I would be remiss if I did not mention the creamy, silky crème brûlée that we enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco; a perfect encore to the phenomenal culinary treat we had just experienced with the appetizer medley. Sharing many apps is more fun we think, than committing to one big entree, so we suggest that you dash over to the Pittstown Inn TONIGHT, and tell them Debbie and Gene sent you....ask to meet Gary, the owner, who elegantly floats from table to table, touching each to greet them and to check later on as well to see if everything was to their liking. A true host from days gone by, this owner is the real deal whose passion for the hospitality business emulates from his constant smile from the joy he is getting from making his guests happy. You see that what fuels this man to keep opening his doors from year to year, despite the many hardships and setbacks life has dealt us all over and over, is his love for you, his loyal customer. He is a rare find, so I suggest you go and treat yourself to the real deal in dining. You will not be disappointed, and be sure to ask to meet Gary. He will make your visit complete. “My three year old daughter and I went for lunch last week. It was such a treat! I ordered the delicious fried mozzarella (out of this world!) and had the chicken taco specials while my daughter had chicken tenders. Yummy!!!!! For dessert we had pumpkin pie gelato and the birthday cake cupcake. To die for! I highly recommend!“

Loved that the ingredients are clearly listed on each packet (real crab in the crab dip for those of us with shellfish allergies). Versatile flavors and makes great dips! Little pricey $30 for 7 packets but I felt it was worth it!“

“I cannot recommend this venue enough. The property is absolutely breathtaking, and the Silo and Grand Ballroom are stunning. We got married outside near the gazebo and had our reception in the Silo and every guest I talked to mentioned how beautiful the Farmhouse is. The Silo is by far the most unique and beautiful room I’ve been in for an event. Most importantly, everyone kept talking about how delicious the food was! Our guests raved about the cocktail hors d'oeuvres and their dinners.

As a bride, I thoroughly enjoyed working with the event planning team and day-of staff. Gina and Liz were an absolute pleasure working with. They were so helpful in answering my questions, giving advice, and making sure the day was a success. My bridal attendants were fabulous too. Myrna made sure everyone got what they needed in the morning, that everyone was fed, and that the mimosas were flowing. Lorraine was a godsend for the afternoon. She was by my side throughout photos, cocktail hour, and the reception and helped wherever she was needed. I need a Lorraine in my day-to-day life. Finally, Monique was amazing and went out of her way to make sure everyone got what they needed. She also took special care of my grandmother and made sure she got a drink when she needed one and tried every cocktail hour dish.

All in all, the Farmhouse was the perfect place to get married. Several of our guests said that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to as the food, the staff, and venue were fantastic. I would choose the Farmhouse over and over again.“

“This little gem was quite the pleasant surprise on our way through NJ. Wings are crispy skin and tender, the onion rings are perfect with the chipotle aioli and the mozzarella wedges had about a foot of cheese pull! My husband had the Rail burger. He couldn’t finish it because it was so big. One patty but about an inch thick and actually fits the whole bun. Daughters had the poke bowl and chicken quesadillas. So much food and they both said both things were the best they’ve had in their life (14 and 16) and they’ve had those A LOT!

Staff was friendly and I felt bad there was really only one person serving all tables at lunch plus bartending. Service didn’t slack because of this! She kept up with all tables and she busted her butt!

I cannot give this place enough kudos. Great food, amazing service!! In a quiet little town but would be worth the drive to go here again from Ohio. Go check them out. It’ll be worth it!“

“This Buffalo Wild Wings location is a fantastic spot to catch a game. The atmosphere is top-notch, with multiple games on a variety of TVs. We were there to watch the Penn State game, and the manager put it on the biggest screen for us.

The food was also a highlight. The Pick 6 meal deal was a perfect choice for two, offering a little bit of everything. Originally only $19.99 we were able to upgraded some areas of the meal and for just $27, we enjoyed delicious buffalo wings, a cheeseburger, fries, and potato wedges with soft drinks and a dessert. The skillet ice cream dessert with a hot cookie was the perfect way to cap off the meal.

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our waitress, Ava. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our food and drinks arrived quickly. She even persevered after accidentally burning her thumb on the hot skillet dessert, which speaks volumes about her dedication.

With the excellent service, great food deals, and sport centric atmosphere, I highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for anyone looking to enjoy a game.“
