“This place was small and cozy but beautiful, with all the walls covered in Marilyn Monroe-inspired artwork. Keep in mind that this café only accepts cash. There's an ATM at a pizza place next door, though the fee is $6. As for drink options, they don’t offer fresh-squeezed juices or smoothies, which was disappointing, but they do have typical sodas, bottled juice, tea, and coffee. The home fries and sausage were delicious and highly recommended. The pancakes were decent, though I wish they were fluffier. I asked for scrambled eggs, but they looked more like an omelette and needed more salt.

Please note that this café is not wheelchair-friendly. The tables are very close together, and the aisles are not wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through to the bathroom. The bathroom itself is very small; when using the toilet, you touch the wall, which can be uncomfortable for larger individuals.

“What an experience! The restaurant was beautiful. Had a very nice atmosphere to it. The wine recommendation was wonderful. It was some of the best wine we have ever had. Highly recommend. On Fridays they have $50 off a bottle of wine so that was a nice!

“I attended a wedding here last weekend and it was by far the fanciest and one of the nicest weddings I've ever attended. This particular wedding had a huge spread of appetizers for the happy hour time followed by a full course dinner, so we tried a wide range of food served here. Everything served was off the charts good. The service was first class and the atmosphere was very beautiful and high end. The scenic view of the valley during fall out back was lovely as well! I'd recommend this location to anyone based on the excellent service, great food, and lovely atmosphere.“

“My wife and I popped in there last Saturday night, knowing full well we didn't have reservations. It was late, 8ish so we thought it would be OK, and it was. The night was beautiful so we chose to sit outside, with a short 5 minute wait! We hunkered up to the bar first, grabbed a couple of cocktails with Sharon? (Hope name is correct bartender) Afterwards we were seated outside, again perfect evening. Our server Sandy couldn't have been better with an upbeat attitude and doesn't mind joking around a bit! A couple of tables that were close to us were also fun to share the evening with, one was Jim's 68th, very happy to be a small part of it! My wife and I shared the Salmon, which was excellent, and a couple of apps, 1 being the oysters, the other I don't remember, but I know it was great, as everything was that night! Finale was the peanut butter parfait with double espressos and a Sambuca cordial! Life doesn't get much better! Thank you Tewksbury Inn!“

“Chef David Burke is so special to the New Jersey culinary scene, I knew we were in for a treat. I was delighted to dine at this historic establishment in particular. Both, Andrew and Elliot helped to make dinner a great experience and provided wonderful recommendations from the menu. Cocktails were creative and well balanced. The wine menu provided a very good selection at different price points and Red Horse had a great beer selection on tap.

Flavorful and interesting dishes (very large portions btw) in a great setting makes this a good experience with friends, a special date or solo meal at the bar. Your choice, but don’t miss out!“

“Wow! Used Stella G’s as my wedding caterer, and was absolutely blown away. The food was AMAZING. We were nervous about how the food would be but my husband and I were shocked by how delicious it was and the guests kept complimenting it was as well. The restaurant is family run and the owners did everything to make sure it was a hit. From initial emails, phone calls, questions, and menu selection they went above and beyond. I can’t stress enough how each bite of food we had was better than the last. They out did themselves on taste, presentation, professionalism, and courtesy. I will only use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs an event catered. Thank you for making our night a success!!!“
