Pho is one of my favorite foods and I eat it in every city I go to. This specific broth blew my mind away, it was so tasty and beefy. The noodles were the perfect texture. The meats (I got the round steak and flank I think?) were actually so good. I don’t think I’ve ever been blown away by any beef before until now. Perfectly chewy and tender texture that tastes fresh. Also I got the small/regular size and the portions were very generous.

“My favorite Vietnamese restaurant currently because there are so many good options here. Bún bò is a must try. It smells really good and the broth is very well-seasoned. The taste is very different from the bbh at other places. Another must try is bún mắm. Although they only have cabbage and lettuce and not the typical veggie that comes with bún mắm, it is still very good. You get roasted pork, fish, shrimp, and squid. Mì vịt tiềm and hủ tiếu khô are also delicious. The meat in bún chả is tender and well seasoned, but the noodle is not that good, a bit overcooked. Also the bowl is really small so it is hard to eat. Although it is called phở cyclo, but phở here is meh. The wait time can sometimes be long and it's a pretty small place.“

“I came here for the first time today (July 21 at 1 PM), and wow, this place blew me away. The food was phenomenal and packed with flavor, but what really made my visit unforgettable was the service.

From the second I walked in, the entire staff was all smiles, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. I wish I remembered the name of the bald waiter who helped me because he was AMAZING. Not only did he walk me through the menu (as a first-timer), but he also showed me how to properly use the dipping sauces. Super helpful without ever making me feel awkward or rushed.

When I asked for my food to go, he even gave me extra rice to take home! And get this, I accidentally almost left with their water cup, and instead of making it weird, he handed me a to-go cup of water without me even asking. That’s top-tier hospitality.
